I would make the cooking area with the stove separate somehow to become an independently standing item to move it further away from the car so cooking odors and such doesn't constantly flow into the car? Not sure how that would work or if I'm overthinking it.
you could just open the windows and try to park so the wind takes the odors away from the car

Couple things. 1, driving around for a living absolutely DOES NOT fight climate change, if that's something that you care about, you are failing. Also, that is a pretty nasty way to shower, body odor is caused from bacteria build up heating up from your sweat. I would bet money that you do not wash well enough with tubs. You can buy a water pump that will hook up to your car and it will also have a water reservoir with a shower head extension to take a better shower. Sometimes, even dude wipes or just doing it in a clear river will work too but a bucket will not. It is also not financially ideal to live in your car these days unless you aren't driving around.

could i put juice, almond milk, chesses, hummus etc in that cooler without ice in 80degree without it going bad?
I mean, eventually everything will go bad, but for a couple days/a week, yeah! If you keep an eye on it and use a convection technique to keep it cool! That works best in dry climate though, it's harder if you're somewhere humid.

It's just a fold-out plastic table I picked up at a hardware store!
for the shovel get a foldable e-tool/ "entrenching tool". You can even use the "e-tool" as a one cheek toilet seat. Fold the handle and fold the spade. The Handle is the base and the spade is where you put one of your ass cheeks. You are welcome :)

You that know it uses hydrocarbons don’t you? I’ve got one and I’m planning a similar build, maybe with a slightly narrower bed.
