Thank for sharing your method. I wanted to add something, that the most important thing is revision. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Read the Qur'an regularly. By the One in Whose Hand Muhammad's soul is, it escapes from memory faster than a camel does from its tying ropes." For example I turn on Quran while I am driving, cleaning. And read what I had memorised while I am praying, that helped me a lot . When I started memorising Al-Baqarah it was so easy because I have been reading it so many times before.
Love your videos. As a revert, I feel I spend too much time with attaining fluency in the page I’m memorizing and I let it discourage my efforts and I fall off my routine. I’ll try this now إن شاء الله I revise reading to my baby girl, she always sleeps peacefully listening- advice to any parents here (:
