- This one starts with removing the stuck turbo bolts (in real time 15 minutes).Ex. manifold comes off. Front timing cover and Injector pump comes off. Fuel injectors come out. Valve assembly and head come apart. Engine comes off the trans, fly wheel clutch assembly come off. Oil pan is removed. Oil pump cam gear, rod piston assemblies, and crank come out.
