⭐👉 How to make a split AIR CONDITIONER EMPTY ⭐ and test for tightness

How to vacuum a split air conditioner and test for tightness in an air conditioning installation. In this video we will see what is essential to ensure optimal and long-lasting performance of your air conditioning system. Make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand and follow each step carefully.
Necessary materials:
Vacuum pump.
Manifolds and hoses.
Adjustable wrench.
Screwdrivers.
Allen wrenches
Leak detector (optional but recommended).
Detailed Steps:
Equipment Preparation: Make sure the system is completely installed and connected, but not yet full of refrigerant.
Connecting the pressure gauges: Connect the pressure gauge hoses to the service valves of the air conditioning system. The blue hose goes to the low pressure side and the red hose goes to the high pressure side.
Vacuum Pump Connection: Connect the vacuum pump to the yellow hose on the manifold.
Open Valves and Turn on the Vacuum Pump: Make sure all pressure gauge valves are closed. Turn on the vacuum pump and open the valve on the low pressure hose of the gauges. Let the vacuum pump run for a while. This usually takes at least 30 minutes.
Vacuum Check: After an adequate amount of time, turn off the vacuum pump and close the valve on the low pressure hose. Observe the low pressure gauge. A suitable vacuum should be around -1 bar vacuum.
Disconnecting the Equipment: Once you are sure that the system has an adequate vacuum, you can disconnect the vacuum pump and check that it maintains the vacuum in the pressure gauges for a while,
I recommend 24/48 hours.
Refrigerant Charging: You can now proceed to charge the refrigerant following the instructions.
Check for Leaks with the pressure of the same refrigerant: You can use a leak detector to make sure there are no leaks in the system. If you find a leak, you must correct it by collecting gas in the equipment and repairing the installation.
