Awesome video. Maybe it's just my brain but I was completely lost until I reversed the order of the video. ie all of the steps you were doing at the beginning didn't make sense until I went to the end to see what you were trying to achieve from the outset. Then when I "started with the end in mind" (thanks Stephen Covey) re-watching the steps all started to make sense.

Hey nice video! I don't have the button "Create Chart" available and I'm using the superadmin account. Any thoughts?

Hi Vicente! You'll need to have either Row Groups or Column Groups set up on the report for the "Create Chart" button to show up. Then, you'll be able to use those Row/Column Groups as the grouping components for the Chart.

Is it possible to create custom reports in the free version of ZOHO? I can't see the blue CREATE REPORTS button...

Hi User! Unfortunately, you cannot create custom Reports in the free edition of Zoho CRM.
