Great video Trevor, my son played in a showcase event yesterday in Decatur, Ms which is home to East Central Community College, which happens to be where Tim Anderson played his college ball. So I brought up the matchup and we all talked about it. Coach Neal Holliman sent a shout out Tim. He was telling us all what a great player, , student and all around human being you were while you attended college there. Also kudos to giving back to the place where it kinda started for you. Love the videos Trevor, keep them coming!
Good breakdown Trevor. This weekend, My son is playing 11u as a fill in. They were down 6-1 before he came in relief in the 3rd. His first pitch in the second inning the coach tells him to throw a change up low. Well he missed the spot and put it middle inside. Single to left turns into 3B due to two errors. He NEVER throws a changeup first pitch. He got flustered with an ump not giving him anything low. A SO turned into a walk on two bad calls. Dropped third strike next batter to first. . Bases loaded gets a strikeout. Run scores on an error next at bat. He was trying to do his job but got so frustrated. If he threw 100% the catcher couldn't catch the ball. Luckily he was done after 25 pitches. " What would Trevor do?" I told him.

If you get a chance you should come visit up north in Dayton at Pauer sports, some good young men that love the sport and many are moving on to play college. The 8 year olds to the HS kids would love to meet ya!!

Hahahaha, the best part about the most recent generation of elite athletes is that it seems that more often than not, they can be humble with each other and joke around. It’s almost as though the reason why there’s no tension or harm in joking around is because they have nothing to prove; it’s all around fun and the way the game should be played.
Fascinating because I've never seen an actual major leaguer take you through all of the inside stuff of an at bat. Especially one with characters and drama. If I could suggest, I'd like to know what is being said when batters talk to pitchers and the first base conversations that take place in the games. That would be neat.
Maybe the MLB has it and I am missing some of it but we need more guys like you and TA7 who make the game fun with exchanges like these. He had a great at bat and you only allowed 2 runs against the best offense in the American League.
