Cassie and Kye's Story | Stand Up To Cancer

“Cassie’s biggest fear was Kye losing his mum - but then Kye got ill, and that’s when everything fell apart.”
While Cassie was receiving treatment for breast cancer, her son, Kye, was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a type of brain tumour. Kye died in November 2017, and Cassie died just over two years later after her cancer had spread to other parts of her body.

Brutal. Losing someone to cancer is bad enough, but losing two is absolutely tragic. I hope mum and dad, and the widower can move on with their lives and celebrate the love and happiness Cassia and Kye brought to them in their short lives.
