I’m a SC fan , i heard Caitlin Clark name many time but never watched her play til SC game. The young lady can flat out ball . She’s definitely the best player in the country by far.
It's disappointing how she's only becoming more renowned now when she's been doing this since her freshman year. Glad though that her popularity might spark enough interest in the sport so that other elite talent can get coverage sooner.
Caitlin Clark is still improving. Her one-on-one defense still needs work, but Iowa depends on her offense so much she has to avoid foul trouble. Her three-point range is practically unlimited. Her passing is otherworldly, not because it is fancy, but because her passes are simply delivered on time and on target. She commits too many turnovers, mostly when she tries to dribble through too many defenders or to make a too high degree of difficulty pass. She can still improve her post-up offense and her ability to drive to her left, but the NCAA semifinal against South Carolina showed she can consistently beat good defenders on right-hand drives.
