What a fun video! Erin bounces, does the exercise pole, does ballet at the "fence barre", and still has the intense focus needed to be an ER nurse. "I'll have what she's having."
This 70 year old RN Nurse has the greatest outlook while enjoying her daily life, and being in retirement age! Still working 12 hour days and enjoying life! Refreshing to see such positive people!
Please PLEASE make Erin a regular guest, she is so fun and watchable!🌴🌴🌴

Well GOD BLESS ERIN!!!! Back in April of 2022 we saw her at a square and couldn't believe our eyes. Her flexibility is INCREDIBLE. I wanted to approach her to say how wonderful it was to see her and her group looking like they were having the greatest time while also getting really fit and enjoying life to the FULLEST, but I was to shy to approach her. Our daughters were also on that visit and were amazed at her doing her splits and kicks. What a beauty! We have our home in her neck of the woods and have passed her house many times although I had never noticed all the metal neon animals! What a treat this was logging in to your show and getting to hear from this wonderful person! THANK YOU BOTH so much! Thank you Erin for inspiring so many ... and to anyone who isn't being supportive here I feel sorry for you. Keep on kicking, rocking, rolling, splitting and jumping! I'm sure there are so many great stories of great people such as Erin in The Villages and I hope that you continue to meet them and share them and their life stories with us all.
Love this super young-70 year old Erin...such enthusiasm for life and love her home as well. What a cheerful burst of color everywhere you look. And color does improve a person's state of mind. I am a bit older than she is, but I do at least 8000 steps a day and do weight exercises daily to keep myself strong for travel. That suitcase doesn't lift itself.
What a great show! Erin really is a very positive woman with a big heart, She is an inspiration in many ways. I saw her at the Square tonight in action. She was doing the splits and dancing wearing the bouncing boots. Most people can never do what she is doing. She is amazing!
This lady is a gem. She should be the spokesperson for keeping young and having a positive attitude. She should figure out how to bottle that energy and sell it. She would be a bazillionaire!

I have a friend that uses the rebounding boots. She really moves on them! You must need an element of balance, so that you don’t fall on your face! Erin has amazing energy! You can tell that fitness has been a big part of her whole life. That’s great! Her enthusiasm is contagious!

You attract the friendly kind of people. I think Erin is right. I hope you guys join Erin when you can. It be nice to have her on the show. Mabe she could become a feature on your show. Maybe she will start her own channel. It would be a way for her to reach even more people that could use her help. Live and let live. Variety is the spice of life. Erin is unique. Attitude is more important than ability. Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve. One of my teachers used to say. I’m so happy doing Zumba (6 days a week), and enjoy the instructors (FAB4), and all the dear friends (Hot Tamales) I’ve met there! Erin mentioned wearing the boots in Walk Away the Pounds and now I’m thinking about trying these boots in Zumba 😃🤗🥳

If you keep up with fitness your whole life, as I have, 60 will be the new 40 etc. i have worked out my entire life. I pole dance at 60, started when I was 50! It’s never too late to do the things you love!

I'll be 69 in July and have worked out/exercised for most of my life. Flexibility is key as we age and it's one of the components we forget. If you can, walk instead of driving all the time. We live in a city where walking is a terrific option. It's true; if you don't use it, you lose it.

I am one of those that was so thankful that you did the video on the northern section of TV because that is where I plan to move to in five years. I cannot wait. I would have ZERO issues with her house if I lived there. I would also have zero issues with her lifestyle and it sounds like those women that do are obviously jealous because they have probably dried up and...well...I'll leave the rest to your imagination. I hope she rocks on and is there in five years. Would love to be a friend of hers. CMON TVers! Live, have fun, and remove the stick out of your rear ends!

Thank you for doing this video! We talked about these rebounding boots awhile ago but didn’t think they were for our age group (70-80) but after watching Erin- WOW! I knew I had to meet her! I contacted her and my husband and I met with her and she gave us a private class at Sumter Landing! She let us try the boots and OMGoodness they are too much FUN! She also fitted us for the best boots and ordered them for us. Everything about Erin was so professional yet it was like gaining a new BFF! My husband is 80 and he did so well on the boots! Come and join us, Erin has several classes, some inside, and some outside. She is all about fitness but let’s you go at your own pace. We are very excited about our new exercise rebounding class! Thanks Jerry and Linda for this introduction to a great fun workout!

Where did you find them? I found some on A, but not sure if they are the same boot. Turn 57 tomorrow and looking forward to enjoying more fitness 🎉
@Ann Cook that's where I was looking also. Looks like decent ones are about $270, but they did have less expensive options. I'm going to do more internet research on then before I purchase.
Loved this! Very inspiring! I visited the Villages for the first time during the first week of Feb., 2023 and I saw a lady and a gentleman in Brownwood Square, in the evening, and they were wearing these boots and dancing and walking around. I am pretty sure, now, that Erin was the person I saw. Loved the Villages landscaping and golf courses. It is beautifully kept and I was amazed that there are reasonably priced, new homes where you can live and enjoy all of the amenities!

The first thing I thought when I saw the boots is a horrible ankle injury. She certainly is comfortable on camera. I'd guess she has been interviewed many times. I've been interviewed a couple of time in front of a TV camera and the stress made it feel like my soul had left my body.

Erin is every kind of wonderful, I love her design, spirit, energy everything about her feels wonderful. I only wish. I love her design a lot I decorate like her I use things people would never think of using. I just get ideas and make it work somewhere in my house. I wish I could do the splits and bounce on bouncy boots buy I have stenosis so I stay pretty firm on my feet if i don't lose my balance. I too am 70 with a mind of at least a 40 year old but not the same mobility. Ps those women were jealous.
You on that pole is right, Jerry! That was a hoot! This is interesting, and seeing family members fail with dementia makes me want to up my activity level as I get older because I know it's important. As is being social...all of which seems to be the reason so many people choose The Villages! Linda, you were killing it in those boots - good for you!!
I totally enjoyed this episode! I believe Erin’s being fit and confident is what triggers uncalled for comments from other men/women. If my husband and I move to TV in the future, I will definitely be joining her classes! Love her energy and outlook on life!
