Thank you for your comment. The front desk of that hotel offers luggage storage for large items such as carry-on luggage. In the meantime, there were lockers with locks in the guest rooms, but they were very small in capacity, so I would recommend leaving your luggage at check-in.
This place was my last hotel before I left Japan last month. 😢 Would’ve enjoyed a better air conditioning system, but regardless it’s quite convenient for those about to take off at Haneda.
