I've been trying to understand unconditional love and the phrase "loving without expectation" started resounding through my mind. That has been incredibly powerful. And also the concept that I heard that there can only be love or fear, but not both. So choose love! When I have fear I can send myself and that fear love! Sending people love too has been really useful, especially towards people that aren't my biggest fan. And also realizing that we're all on the same team and fingers on the same hand. Gratitude is great too! And realizing how much I have and the wonderful life that I've had. I keep getting this feeling that I've completed my karma a long time ago and that everything is just kind of gravy. I imagine there must be more to learn if I'm still here. And I'm definitely not perfect but maybe I'm just on the right track. I think I definitely need to meditate more and I do think there are ways I can improve - mainly learning to let go of things that don't serve me and flow more fully in love. I welcome suggestions and insight from anyone!
Well said! And yeah, we're ALWAYS growing. Or at least, there's always opportunity to grow further. :) But maybe, also, you could be here on a different mission. Maybe you're here to help others learn how to love without expectation, be free of attachments, and finish resolving their own karma. There's always more to learn. We can always continue improving and becoming a higher-vibration, even more beautiful version of ourselves. But also... once we've reached a certain mastery of Love, it's quite common to want to help teach, support, and inspire others in that same area of growth too. Some students become teachers. Some people who've fully explored and mastered a terrain will become field guides. We're all in this together. I really do believe we're here helping each other along each other's journeys. So you asked for suggestions. ;) I'd ask you this: 1) is there an area or aspect of yourself, life, Love, God, the universe, etc that you WANT to learn, understand, and experience better or more of? (that could be your soul's next area of focus and growth), and 2) in your heart, do you feel maybe it's simply time to take all you've learned and mastered, and use that experience, wisdom, and knowledge to help others?
Um, possibly? I see your original comment, which I replied to a day ago, but "did youtube delete my reply to you" is the NEXT reply I see... So maybe yes? That's weird. Sorry about that. Do you remember roughly what you said?
MIKE'S DELETED COMMENT (sent by email): 1) I think love. Towards self and others. It has been growing and growing lately the more I connect with my heart and open up. I like to think - open mind, open heart, and open eyes (to see what really is). I do resonate a bit with Cannon's 2nd wave of volunteers because I prefer to be alone but I feel like it is so important to get myself to be out of the house and be around people, even if it is just saying "hi" to people at the grocery store. 2) Interesting question. I do really love teaching and I've been trying to figure out the best way. It seems like just getting out into the world alone is huge, and letting things unfold on their own. Have you heard of Michael Newton and his book Journey of Souls? This is a Facebook post I made today and I'm curious what you think, and if you've heard of the concepts of the sage in this context before: Does Michael Newton ever talk more about "Sages" than in Journey of Souls p174? This exchange resonates with me like a storm cloud: Dr. N: I know this sounds pragmatic, but wouldn't these old, highly developed souls be more useful helping humankind in positions of international leadership rather than being hermits? S: Who said they were hermits? They prefer to be with the common people who are most affected by the movers and shakers. I definitely would never claim to be even remotely like a sage but my work with kids, and sometimes even adults has always felt so important. Especially to help them realize they have power (superpowers!) and real meaning. My main way now is I do free frisbee events at a local park next to an outdoor cafe. And it feels even more powerful and important than when I was teaching or coaching. It seems like each time I show someone that thinks they aren't going to be good, that they are in fact awesome, that something incredibly powerful and meaningful has happened and opened up. And interestingly enough this seems so much more powerful and important than my previous video game projects, the second one being kid friendly, that both were among the top in the world in their categories and had well over a million downloads. Maybe this all has to do with the ripple effect that I've heard mentioned in life reviews. But it seems interesting that something more far reaching wouldn't seem as powerful. I welcome any insights!! Thank you so much for your time!
Thanks for emailing me your comment, @miket4092. I have no idea why TH-cam kept auto-deleting it. I checked my settings. Anything TH-cam flags as potentially inappropriate is supposed to go into a "held for review" inbox... but I don't see anything there either. Sorry man. That's weird. I haven't read Journey of Souls yet, but I know it's very popular. A friend was reading it and telling me about it just the other day, actually! :) Love that quote about "highly developed souls" being "hermits". LOL. And I agree, the greatest, most impactful work we can do is helping each other one-on-one. And it's often the "little" things that make the biggest difference to us and others... ya know? Like the examples you gave. A trusted friend or mentor believing in you, encouraging you, being kind to you, seeing the best in you... sometimes, that's all it takes to completely change the course of someone's life!
@lovelightdavid All of your videos are just so unique and insightful. I love how you chose a topic and dwell deeper into each one of them while sharing your personal experiences and knowledge. Keep up the good work. I specially like your meditation videos/how to connect with God. But I love watching all of your videos. ❤️
I thank you for making this video. It gives clear idea of love and attachments. I have truly benefitted from your explanations, they are well designed. I still have a bit of a doubt regarding karma. For example: There is a great leader like a Prime minister or a President who has powers and responsibilities towards the society but they are not doing as per their duties and responsibilities. In this lifetimes, these people are enjoying luxury, power and riches due to good deeds performed in previous birth/ lifetime but they are not living up to the expectations or are being corrupt with their duties in this lifetime, wont there be any effect of it in their next lifetime? Also, may i know whom do you seek for guidance, as you mentioned your guides in the video. It would be great to give them their due credit. Once again thanks for taking the time out and explaining.😊
Excellent questions. I've got a team of spirit guides... some are angels, some are just close beloved friends and members of my soul group who are in spirit form, helping me from the other side. Sometimes I talk to God directly. As for other people abusing their power or not living up to their responsibilities... that happens. A lot. It seems for most people (especially the people who NEED it), after they die they go through a "life review" process, where they re-live and re-experience every moment of their life -- including (especially) how they made others feel, the impact their lives had on other people. They experience it from each other person's perspective. If they've abused power, hurt others, made others suffer due to their neglect or selfishness... they'll absolutely feel and experience that. No one externally is judging or condemning them (there's only unconditional love as they go through this), BUT we do honestly and fairly judge ourselves. People who have near-death experiences and go through a life review like that will often say they deeply regretted their choices and want to do better now. They want to make up for it and make things right somehow. This could be done different ways -- seeking forgiveness with people still on Earth from the other side, or possibly, choosing to reincarnate so they can try again, do better, and make up for it in the next life. So there are consequences. Also, there seems to be different levels/vibrations/areas of heaven. The more loving and high-vibration of a soul you become, the higher, richer, better, and even more beautiful levels of heaven you get to experience. If someone doesn't grow, does the bare minimum, doesn't help others on Earth, etc... they'll be welcomed Home no matter what; they still receive unconditional love, no matter what (that's why it's called "unconditional" love). But they're also missing out on so much more beauty, wonder, deeper and richer connections with others, and a more amazing version of their own soul they could be. It's like here on Earth, if you never exercise and only eat junk food... you'll live, but you won't feel very healthy or be in great shape. But if you eat right, exercise, focus on your own growth... your reward is a healthier, stronger body. I think something similar happens with souls. Bottom line, we also don't know what another person's soul journey is personally about (why they incarnated here in the first place), how far along in their own soul's growth journey they are, or what good they may be doing behind the scenes in their private lives. I encourage you to pray for them, bless them, and ask God and the angels to help support and guide them. Also, if you really don't like what they're doing with their power, that could potentially be a sign that YOU are being called to be in a position of power yourself somewhere somehow, so you can counter-balance it with acts of love and kindness and empathy. Sometimes what triggers us in others is actually a calling for us to do that same thing better in the world ourselves. And sometimes, alternatively... it might just be a distraction from our own inner work, too. While we're busy focusing on others not doing their job right, we don't have to look at ourselves and focus on our own growth. Sometimes it's easier to focus on others than ourselves. I've been there. I've done that. I'm only speaking from personal experience here. ;) But I've learned to bless these people, send love to them... and then focus on my own growth. How can *I* be more loving? How can *I* be a better example, ya know? Is there anything I can and want to do, that would help offset and counter-balance their harmful actions? Ultimately, it's best if we have compassion. We don't know their story. Maybe they're new souls and this is their first incarnation ever, anywhere... and being physical seemed scary and hard, so they requested an "easy" life of luxury to be their first one. Or maybe they're doing a lot of good in other ways behind the scenes in their private lives, that we just don't know about. Or maybe they're corrupt and abusive and need lightworkers like you and me to stand up in our own power, shine our own light more, in some way. They could be acting as our inspiration to come into our own power of love and light. That's how I personally tend to look at it. But what do you think?
@@lovelightdavidI personally think that each soul has their own journey. We learn a few lessons in each lifetime. Its something like a game of snake & ladders, when in some birth one might be enjoying a high position yet not doing morale duties of the position and in next birth being in a completely opposite position where the same soul might be getting tormented by PPL in higher position. But what I feel is that whatever position we have been placed in this birth, we must do our duties to our best capacity, following all the morale and ethical standards. We should not neglect our duties and responsibilities.
Well said. I agree that whatever position we're in, we should live morally, ethically, and in integrity. It hurts ourselves and others if we don't. And also, it's hard being human sometimes. Wherever we are on our journey, I also feel it's important to have patience, grace, understanding, compassion, and gentleness towards ourselves and others. We're all learning and growing. Life's not easy. Definitely keep learning and growing and doing our best to fulfill our duties and responsibilities. And ultimately, it's important to remember to love ourselves and others. I find that's the key that heals, transforms, and improves everything. ❤️
Please make a video about law of attraction and desteny in life. How do we manifest something if it is not allined with our soul chosen experiences. Do we even want to manifest something, we have not chosen before our birth. Can we manifest almost everithing? Can I manifest more children if my soul has not chosen to have more children? Can I manifest winning a huge sum with lottery if my soul has decided to experience middle class life? Do I have free will to manifest whatever or things what are not meant just do not manifest? How manifestation and our soul plan work or do not work together?
