Plot twist: Demiurge: The supreme one carrying a powerful world item in his belly for sheer tactical value! Ainz in his mind: "...Hmmm i like the aesthetic of my worthless giant red pearl which i got just practicing the Yggdrasil annual fishing contest..."
World class item becomes world class drip. It's that red orb that helps make Ainz so iconic. Any powers it has and the fact it protects him from other WCIs is just a bonus.
The orb has already been stated that it is a WCI with multiple necromantic abilities, only known one is that it stores excess xp obtained after reaching level cap that can be used to fuel skills and spells that spend xp to function.
Of course it is. It is a world item. They are all busted. The very idea of these items is they contain the power equivalent to an entire world. They are all balance breaking.
With how many people and "high level" monsters hes killed in the new world alone he would have tonnes of backup MP. But controlling the whole guild by himself for possibly weeks or months? And even before that just playing raids etc at level cap? Dude would have tonnes of XP stored up, Id love to see him run out of MP in a duel and then use that skill to surprise someone and easily win without any more normal magic.
@@User-kq3od never will happen. Ainz is so paranoid about that kind of thing he hordes every thing he can. Knowledge, buffs, means of restoring himself...everything. Dude would literally have a warehouse on demand whenever he goes out just in case he gets a splinter. Still, seeing him have to resort to such abilities would be amazing. Busting out the truly costly spells because the normal array just doesn't cut it is an amazing thought.
@@jacobfreeman5444 Yeah I know I just think itd be cool to see him duel someone like platinum dragon lord, have an intense fight and PDL think hes won because Einz is about to lose his last bit of mana, then dude just starts throwing a shit tonne of high level spells out of nowhere using that endless see of stored xp
Maybe due to him being the highest Undead Race class He got to choose a item to act as his phylactory and he shows that world item both for a Aesthetics and because It is a world item. I have always been under the assumption that world items have much higher durability along side there unique ability. And it make sense because it would intransigly link this particular world item with ainz so no 1 could properly steal it.
using a world item as a phylactery is straight up cheating, Yggdrasil was never a balanced game but even that seems too unfair. they cannot be destroyed except by other world items.

With the ability to customize being such a big thing in Yggdrasil. I kinda wonder if the World Level item used to be green before Ainz customized it to red to match his eye glow.
Finniest thing about that orb is that it's essentially a glowing red boss weak spot, and in 4 seasons ony one person ever went for it. All that aside his race is eler dracolich overlord or at least I think it was some like that, it prob let's him turn into a giant necrodragon murder boss x5 or something.
There is a What If that was made by Maruyama if he came without Nazarick 200 years earlier. He faired well with those limitations and only having what was on him at the time. For those curious how it starts. Instead of celebrating inside Nazarick he goes outside to light a giant final fireworks show. By doing that he was transported without Nazarick and for some reason not explained 200 years earlier in a different location. It's a nice short What If that I wish continued as it technically could be a whole different series.
@@kvnhernandez8 If interested should be a translated novel online. It came out I believe during LN 12 or 13? Been several years since I read it and I'm not aware of any official or legal way of reading it if in the western/English speaking sphere. The item is only ever explained by the author. It's said the item is for some reason Momonga's item, to the point if it was ever stole, it's still named after him. My only guess is that the world item was made, like how you can make "world item npcs" from caloric stones, an expendable world item
Thanks to V15 we now know that hight elfs and elf lords existed in the new world. Aldo aquiring elf racial levels on ygrasil was imposible, do you think it is posible on the new world?

I've long considered his tummy orb to be his philactory. An odd thought occurred while rereading vol14, once season 4 ended. What do you think Ainz and crew are doing with the graveyard in E-Rantel? I would think any naturally occurring undead would be 'wild', ie: not under Ainz's immediate control unlike those he creates.

I would assume he would have ways to prevent said undead or to command them. Sorta like "Soul Tear" or "Dispel Undead" in Skyrim
Orb of Dragonkind. Thought that for awhile. Before book 11 thought it might be a philosopher's stone.
The orb protects him from other world items at the very least.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Red orb is actually his phylactery
Bravo on your research about the phylactery my comment was before I got to this section
I really wish it is an item that just acts like a summoning crystal upon death it releases Rubedo
Many skills but that item consumes XP per use. Wich is awfull
