Can’t beat Cornwall . We used to borrow my grandads 1960’s Sprite Musketeer and go stay in a field near Hayle . Nowadays it’s call being off grid . In the 80’s is was called caravanning . Washed stood in a bowl in the awning . Foot pedal water pump . No fridge. Gas lighting . But it was great fun and great memories . We are spoilt nowadays with service pitches

Hey guys... nice vlog. Bossiney bay looked quiet. When we went last year it was very busy. We have not been down to that beach yet this year but Michael is nagging too. Thanks for the shout out. The wind is still st it tonight and we have had a couple of showers. The weather is hopefully getting better tomorrow lunch time. Ian Clare and Michael.

Great vid Kelly and Damion. Great to see you back on line. Truff has grown since I met him at Torerfest and looks just like mine at the same age but "brown". Look forward to more vlogs in the future. Nick T.

Oh what a shame about the weather! Adds to the memories though of "do you remember when". We've had a few of those lol .....in fact I think every holiday has ended up with some kind of drama! but it's all an adventure. Great video guys - Lin xx

Hi Both, great vid, just back from weekend with the grandkids (3,5 & 7) and 2 large Weimaraner dogs, we went to the Forest of Dean in a motorhome, winds on Friday made putting Awning up INTERESTING but not as bad as you guys had on your first weekend

We love when it’s raining sleeping in our caravan, as we use to camp so we know it’s pure luxury having our caravan

We went a bit further down in Cornwall to chase water. You should try healeys Cornish cyber farm. For a visit with the family. Like the videos.

I did have to giggle at the intro...you heading south when there was a mass exodus north. 😂 Cornwall is beautiful even in the rain. 💕 I enjoyed your vlog so much. Thank you for sharing. 😘

Hi, almost went there in my first caravan a few weeks ago but at last min decided to go to Charmouth, Dorset instead as the weather looked better. It was a long journey travelling from Scotland. Still want to try Trewethit in future too. Boscastle looked lovely.

If you can visit you should. We are loving it here as we did last year. Last when we got home we lasted 2 hours before we booked for this year. My advice is book a stop over half way. Well worth the long drive.

@@ForTheLoveOfCaravans I did stop for one night at Knutsford on route but the traffic from there on down to Dorset was terrible. But it was so worth it. Definitely doing Cornwall next year. Been a few times years ago and loved it but not in a caravan. Never got further north than Padstow yet but will def try Trewethit as it looks fab.

Such a shame with the weather. Monday I thought you were in a car wash! Hate to say it we had the first 2 weeks off of the summer hols in Wales (Gower and mid Wales) and we had lovely weather - only one day of rain!

You did have a bit of everything with the weather. You must be mad getting a cocker our Buster is 7 and he still thinks he is a pup and you will have to get used to having dirty jeans etc as all cockers jump up. Its the badge of a cocker owner lol.
