Wow what a posh site that is. To posh for us Northerners lol. Great to see you got away in the van before lockdown. Shocked by the glass oven top.... lets hope that gets sorted under warranty. Take care guys.... lets hope this is all sorted soon. I am now on furlough and Clare has had to go back to work. Feel guilty but needs must.
We had that happen cooker top came off in transit on the first trip on a new Swift caravan. Dealer claimed it had never happened before. Look on line and it’s a common fault across a lot of manufacturers.
Lovely park have visited several times over time. Our first visit was in the 90’s, gulp. Sorry you’ve damaged your van. I would expect the manufacturer to make good the damage.
Had the same happen to my new cruiser first time out, mine dug into the floor and took a chunk out but also did not break, was supposed to be fixed under warranty, but along came the lock down. When I contacted the dealer they told me they had this reported a few times, so this seems like a production fault to me. So other new buccaneer owners double check the glass cooker lid. Hope the repairs when done are up to scratch and not just abit of super glue, or I will be wanting another new caravan or my money back, the cushion flooring will take abit of replacing methinks, fingers crossed as we love the van.
We were there too! Bumped into Andy. Oddly I saw you caravan and I thought , “oh that’s the same van as the Hollys from TH-cam” 😂 . Nice place , the pizza and crepes were good. See you in the hot tub next time .

This happened to me also, earlier in March in a new Swift. Maybe more common than the dealer thought?

Sad we was supposed to be going to Porth in Cornwall for three weeks beginning of June think that will be a Nono now stay safe an well
