Aww man, I'm jealous. I love Jersey milk. When we were kids we used to get milk from a dairy farm that had Jersey cows until a fire destroyed it and they never rebuilt.
How wonderful!! You can do bread making, making butter, and teaching canning. People can pull it up on internet but I prefer to have a live person show/teach.

Y’all probably already built the farm store just watching this video today making sour dough for thanksgiving from your recipe. But the old barn is so cool, it would be neat if that was the cafe, or part of the farm store or even a museum. With the size of equipment, etc if it was me I would build the shop/shed for equipment and keep the lil old barn for the farm experience. Love watching your stuff, we are a family owned and operated business selling livestock equipment nationwide from LaSalle, co. And my kids go with me and it’s run out of the house. I relate to y’all a lot. Love watching your journey and I can’t wait to get my sour dough kit I ordered ❤.

Sounds Awesome! I grew up on a farm I actually remember as a child cleaning the stainless steel containers that hold the milk. We will be going back to that because there's going to come a time when we're not going to be able to support the food shortage that will come! My father taught me how to garden when I was just a child growing your own vegetables is so wonderful! ❤

Just started to buy some local raw cows milk and I recommend it to all! So healthy for you and better for your kids than the store bought. It’s expensive though :/ but I only use it for daily drinking milk and I’ll use store bought for cooking and baking and such. Certainly is not something to waste lol
