Thank You, Sir for the amazong Drill Guide. Since this is my biggest weakness I´ll start the Drill from today on and hopelyfull get better! 30:01 Yeahhhh.... the input give us ALLWAYS wat we want, hahah. But then when I want to do a crMK - Fireball Blockstring, the input remembers my forwart input form yesterdays game session and bummm... i get Punish Coutered because i did crMK-DP.
Thx for the work and doing this Drill for us ! if u find time one day could u make a vid about reading, collecting information, adapting, safe techs to get Data ect.? i would love and appreciate it your work i find it rly hard to understand why pros can download som1 so fast and see there gameplan in seconds
Great video. This has been a life saver and is super useful since I travel for work a lot and still want training drills to do on my steam deck in the hotels. Running into a character specific problem (Ed), not sure what the best way to proceed is. Unlike the shotos, Ed gets his reward off an early DP that lets you juggle after. However I find that I'm running into the "DPing before Christmas" issue with anticipating instead of reacting as a result. Would you say it's better while learning to just practice the late DP first to get used to calmly reacting to anti-airs, then to gradually speed that up? Or would it be easier to try to use this to practice the fast one and just let natural muscle memory help ease the anticipation?
To resolve your "DP before christmas" issues, you need to start slow than speed up once you get it 100% of the time. This is how people improve reflexes in general. If you start fast, you will not be looking for the latest possible telegraph, and you will end up getting baited more often.
I love it . I think it's missing one thing. Anit air after wiff throws. Not for cross cuts.. but for people to get used to os ing the punish if the jump on wake up
I was really excited that you posted some anti airing drills, but for people like me playing non DP characters (I play AKI) it doesn't feel great to be unable to do deep DPs.
Could you drop that text doc in like a pastebin? would be cool to be able to have direct access to the text to make it easier to train with this, instead of having to scroll through the video every time , take multiple screenshots, or transcribe it by hand. I think it would help out immensely. TY for the drills :)
why don't you set up short cut controls in training? you can record, playback or change whatever settings you want mid match without pressing start by using short cut options
Fchamp you think this guide is also good for characters who don't have a DP anti air? I got so much worse with it lately and didn't know how to fix this
I know this might not be the best possible place to ask this but as a Gold two I find myself playing in the battle hub only against Masters so I ask How can I find windows to punish? is there anyone who can help me?
You will slowly learn what attacks leave your opponent on minus frames, and after that you will slowly start to react accordingly to those situations. Just keep on playing and having fun for now.
A well spaced regular lariat works, too. I also use charge heavy punch when the opponent gets to the top of their jump arc. It the one hit of armor. It helped me a lot when I was playing master Honda players in tournaments. But @Un1234l options are probably best.
@@mvargasmoran ..... What are you talking about? You are playing some different game from everybody else if that's what you think. If you're confused, watch Snake Eyez play Zangief and see what he does... Spoiler alert... He does everything I stated. But if you're talking deep crossups and stuff, then delayed auto correct regular or EX lariat are options but non reliable. Perfect parry is a less than ideal option. Otherwise do an air-to-air jumping attack
game is pure slop like any game you can use a hitbox, you just sort of make a motion and a DP is coming and you can delay the whole motion as well. Never played a game where it was easier to DP.
#1 Record Dummy
>> Neutral Jump > Jump forward HK
- Execute an AA deep DP (DMG 1K+)
4:22 (DI and AA)
#2 Set Dummy to block
> Set block reversal to Slot 1 (Jump HP - Record this option first)
> Set block reversal to Drive Impact
> Turn on both options
-- Press 2MK then react to the dummy options (also can do projectile)
A) AA the jump HP
B) Counter the DI
9:34 (Cross cut DP)
#3 Set dummy to block
> Set block reversal to Slot 2 (Jump MK - record this option first)
> Turn on the option
Press 2MP or short range normal to trigger the close jump
A) Must cross cut AA
16:39 (AA and whiff punish)
#4 Set dummy to block
Block reversal
>> Set block reversal to Jump HP
>> Set block reversal to Whiff 2HK
Start with projectile
Whiff punish the 2HK
AA the jump in
GOD bless you
You're a god
Wake up babe, new Fchamp drills video has dropped
This video got me way better already. S tier improvement channel
The algorithm is working. I needed this
in the 4th drill you can actually up the difficulty by recording a DI after the block.. so ryu either jump, do a sweep or a DI
That's how i do it and it's harder
Don't hate, Champ. That power rangers theme still goes hard till this day 😂😂.
Great video boss.
Yo this is gold my guy I’ve been working the party drills n man wat a difference it makes n understanding wen to parry n how thank u 🙏🏾
Nice drill!. I generally add 3 options after block, either they jump, DI or DR in jab. This way you need to cover all 3 options.
**your dp is invincible in frame 1, you shouldn't be scared** cries in Rashid
Its also active in 5 frames.... Looks at Ed Dp.... :(
“What’s a dp?” -a Marisa main
So good, need to print all these drills out and paste them next to the screen.

if you ever want to do walk forward fireball or walk forward low attack xx fireball, input the fireball with a half circle motion
Champ. Thank you for this vid man. I think this regimen might really help with my bad anti airs. Thank you
This is epic stuff, I'll always looking out for FChamp's stuff. 👏👏
Really enjoying the content FChamp 👍 can’t wait to see what you bring season two. You where killing me when you played the power rangers theme 😂
Ken’s proper punish to that LHK is just HK to launch then finish with fire dp or some other combos string.
These drills are awesome! I find myself addicted to them.
Will do the cross cut dp later. Thank you for this awesome video.❤
Huge thanks for these drills, as well as the perfect parries. Making the lab fun! French fries FTW!!
The 4th one is fantastic! great vid man!!

2:27 Fchamprara you have my attention. nearly choked on my water
Bro I love the power rangers reference
😂😂😂😂😂😂. Very good information, and watching you mess up was hilarious 😂 😂😂😂😂😂
creature uppercuts is killnig me loool
Landing the punish counter vs regular counter damages drive gauge. Not entirely useless to practice
I was really excited that you posted some anti airing drills, but for people like me playing non DP characters (I play AKI) it doesn't feel great to be unable to do deep DPs.
I would add in neutral jumps aswell cus ppl use it to bait m.dp and u get punished

that HK Sweep has to have the best hitbox ever
Would you add the DI as third option aswell or is that just too much? so : anti air + whiff punish + DI in one session?
power rangers and creatures, lol, great drills
The animated kangaroo! XD XD XD
This will help me for sure! Thanks!
I assume the answer is yes, but would you recommend these drills for non shotos like Marisa?
you got any whiff punish drills fchamp?
thank you teacher 🙇♀️
The second drill is super hard
Really usefull video thanks man
Do these drills work for non shoto characters? I play deejay.
We making out of ranked with this one 🔥
Thanks!
Thank you fchamp
I love the drill content.
why don't you set up short cut controls in training? you can record, playback or change whatever settings you want mid match without pressing start by using short cut options
7:23 Accidental tatsu. DI macro OP.
DP late on Luke at your own risk
Amazing video
The creature anti air lol 😂 what does that mean exactly, I don’t know
Fchamp you think this guide is also good for characters who don't have a DP anti air? I got so much worse with it lately and didn't know how to fix this
Thanks
Love it
think it works worse for guile but still great guide, thanks.
31:40 is that like a arcade stick exclusive "shortcut" can you do something similar on leverless?
I play off of my keyboard. It looks like the equivalent would be holding down and then alternating between the left and right buttons.
Go to the options to change you buttons. there are playback options you can assign to whatever button you want
thanks for this!
cool training
thanks uwu
what did he do at 10:54 to save the custom start location? I can't figure out how to do that
can we get a hairline drill? cuz that hairline is godlike
This video is great, but I main Guile.

so... whwn are u getting unbanned from Capcom events????

Ok
how do you anti-air with Zangief?
Lariat. Especially EX Lariat. Or Borsch Dynamite. Or SA1.
