The edging they used on the tile in the master bath is probably from Schlueter. Just used it on my bathroom remodel and it makes a huge difference in the look versus exposed tile edge.
I agree completely, the layout is funky but the trim and detail make up for it!!! I can definitely see myself in it. By the way, I'm probably to late but I counted four "actually". As always thanks for the presentation. Just an idea, you may want to bundle some of the merchandise and add a discount bundling.

I agree with you on the decor. It isn’t up to par compared to their other models. I love the narratives you give, with all of your tips, and ideas. Toll brothers don’t decorate their models in other cities like they do in Vegas. Over all, the house seemed crowded I thought.
