Do the pages bulge when full of cards? Or do they lie flat?

They lie Flat ^_^. We'll be making another video soon with our binder we used to hold all of「ONE」in. Expect it in about 2 or 3 days ^_^

this is so stupid as to why they call it 24 pocket... its clearly only a 12 pocket per page binder. thats why i had to search up a video cause i couldnt figure out how they could put 24 pockets on 1 page.
