    Dan is what I consider a true coach, someone who is not afraid to change his mind.
    I am hopeful to attend one of his certs one day.

    Who in the kettlebell community can hate Pavel? He put kettlebells in more US hands than any single person. And Lebe is carrying the banner!

    I don't believe there's anyone in the kettlebell community who doesn't respect Dan John.
    Dan is the F'ing man!

    The very first question is great. Dan is legend, and an example to nearly everyone. The truth is I have found other very interesting content while chasing the Dan wisdom.

    I really hope you do a podcast with Mark Wildman one day... That would be amazing 😃 also, I didn't know Dan came up with the goblet squat. That's something new I've learnt. That's a thought, I wonder if there's a way to find out who invented each kettlebell exercise... That could be a topic for one of your videos 😃

      If you haven't read it, Dan John and Pavel wrote a book together - Easy Strength. It's great.

    Very interesting, Really. Maybe next conversation with Steve Maxwell just for balance, so that he can refer to his words. So that it is correct to interpret and know exactly what Steve meant. May be not only with people, who are advocate of kettlebell but also from other sources just only for objectivity.

    Question for Dan John. He mentions not to do rotational KB exercises , I do 15lb Indian clubs Mills in and out & steel Mace 360s and 10to2 at 18lb , are any of these exercises considered rotational and are bad for you?

    • @lebe-stark
      @lebe-stark  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Gavriel. I don‘t think we would consider (most) clubbell exercises as rotational. If you work in your frontal plane (sideways) and you keep your spine; especially the lower part locked, you‘re safe! - Gregory

      @@lebe-stark Is it fair for Dan to compare rotational sports training and performance with rotational strength and conditioning ? Most athletes favor one side while rotational strength training focuses on balancing out both sides equally !

    I do not like the Goblet Squad, always feeling unconfortable with it. Hope Dan is not going to troll this comment with a fake account;)
