Found your channel and really enjoying it, I think you have an excellent attitude to fitness. I love Dan John, he is literally the opposite of the nonsense we see in most of the fitness industry today: ‘get great abs in 3 weeks’, ‘look like Arnold in 12 weeks’. No train as part of your everyday life get strong and looking better will be a side product NOT the goal!
Great conversation Gregory, and thanks for getting Mr. Dan Jon on. He's a real OG and has changed my philosophy about strength training and fitness in general.
Your video review on a Dan John video was the first time I ever saw or heard of him. I ended up down the rabbit hole of checking out his content and I'm now doing his 10,000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge. I've had to take a short break from it, but I'm starting over now, and I'm about a week in. There are lots of fundamental grip and muscle imbalance issues I have that continue to show up with me after a lifetime of focusing on mostly pushing exercise programs from American Football and MMA. Great interview. I like the style of you men talking about whatever comes up, therefore uncommon information is revealed.
Dan is always such a pleasure to see someone pick his brain and bounce ideas off of because he is so generous with his time and wisdom. Thank you for having him on!
Dan is a good Christian man, even if he is Catholic(hardcore Lutheran here.) I love how genuine he is and I really enjoy your interaction with him, Gregory. This encouragement of fitness professionals benefits everyone. Keep up the great work! God bless.
What a great interview , Dan seems to be a really a good coach , realistic and straightforward , simple Leute können sich von ihm eine Scheibe abschneiden , er weiß was er sagt 🤜 LebeStark as usual one of the best contents on TH-cam , something for the mind 🤙🙏

Love it!
