  • Giving baths to our dogs in our indoor bathtub is really hard on my back and knees, and the slippery surface can be uncomfortable for our pets.
Recently Shelandy sent us their outdoor pet bathtub, and just after having used it a few times, I really like this dog bath made for use in the outdoors.
It's perfect for when we travel in our RV. The tub can be easily disassembled and folds into itself. Thus it is easy to store in our RV.

Ive seen these so many times. Great portable for a truly easygoing well behaved dog.
The Dog Booster Bath is another portable raised dog bath. It's at Chewy for around $175 for a large size.

I purchased this for my daughter. I found your video when looking for instructions on how to fold and store. Do you have a video on this or could you advise of which screws need to be removed to store? Thanks

you have to remove the leash bar and the bottom of the tub. The sides fold into the center.

thank you! I was in the process of taking it down when I sent the message but definitely helpful and may be helpful for someone else. I took off the leash bar, the part directly under the tub and the bottom bar. Basically you're undoing the process you did to set it up. I wish it was an easier way but still not too difficult.

Odd question, but part of the issue with washing my dog is that it’s difficult (nearly impossible) to get him into and out of basins - is it possible to have this set up fully with the sides of the tub down? That way the dog can be placed essentially on a table top and then have the sides raised around him and locked in place? He haaaaates dryers and I’m about to move somewhere extremely cold, so I won’t be able to bathe him at a dog wash station and take him home wet 😩 this would be a good option if I don’t have to lift him over the sides

The tub does fold for storage, but assembly is needed. So doing what you propose would not be possible with this product, unless you make changes to the original construction in some way...

Isn't the drain too slow? I want the floor quickly drained so I can rinse his paws and not worry about them flooding in a not so clean water.

I bought this and it does not have a plug to keep the water in. How do you keep the water from draining out ?

    • @mcsdog

that must be a product defect, ours has a drain plug. I would suggest contacting the seller

this type of tub requires you to lift the dog into the tub. You may want to look at some options of tubs with stairs
