Just to make you laugh…my husband is on vacation this week and watched this video with me. He had mentioned how good the jam looked. When you said that you’d not use all your jam and would be giving some away, he said, “give her our address!” 🤣 Have a great week!
Wonderful video.👍😀 I have a big green bowl, like your red. Got it in 1971. Also have a set identical to the green, with design, you used. I have so many of those bowls that I don't use, but hate to part with them. Blessings 🌻🌻
I actually do have this book! Her blog is one of my favorite canning blogs. I’ll have to try the bbq sauce you recommended. I *almost* made this batch of jam with honey but it’s looking like we might have a smaller honey harvest this year and I chickened out 😂
What was name of the polebeans your prefer? Just wasn’t sure I caught the name. Thanks so much. I am loving pole beans vs bush beans. Also you can buy Pomona’s pectin in bulk which is nice.

Happy Tuesday!
I have a lot of applesauce I need to use. I have a dehydrator and now I'm excited to do that. Thank you so much!
Awesome! Such a great way to use it up!
You are so thorough and precise. Appreciate you!!❤
Thank you Cheryl!
Love the idea for the kale “pucks”!
I'm loving all the Pyrex.
It’s my favorite! I’m always trying to find it at thrift stores
@@abbeyverigin I'm from Corning, NY. There's tons of it around here. Everyone uses it. It was a staple at every bridal shower and wedding.
Highly recommend you buy the book naturally sweet food in jars!! She has lots of recipes using honey or maple syrup instead of cane sugar!
There’s an apple bbq sauce recipe too that is amazing!!!! I will probably never can tomato bbq sauce because this one is so good and cheaper

Seychelles is the pole bean variety I like!
You don't need to use pectin to make jam.
No you don't. There are many jams I don't use pectin for, but with berries I prefer the flavor using pectin so it's not cooked as long.
Just a note-if you are allergic to citrus this is citrus based pectin
Yes good to note!
