I hope leadership is not easy as the evidence shows and as long as I practiced several leadership skills learned from you is that to use as a future leader in my country but leadership requires strong individual that has strong personality and being patient and a unique individual like you.
Anyhow through the process of your leadership, if you are a lone and didn’t get any support i.e any one, the process leads to result failure neither successful for circumstances that you can’t control personal.
