- i decided to try to invent a way to make pancakes in a microwave......
INGREDIENTS (for those who want to risk getting salmonella poisoning for microwave pancakes):
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
6 tablespoons of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

I made one and substituted 1 tbsp of flour to cocoa powder. Served with freshly whipped cream, delicious!!! Makes about 4 pancakes.

If you make it in a tiny mug and put Nutella/peanutbutter/maple syrup in each layer you make you have a true pancake cake.

Most Anti-Lactate people can consume foods such as butter; it has to be cooked thoroughly tho. So pancakes made butter is doable. At least for me it is. Though anything beyond butter for me is a disaster waiting to happen. Any dairy liquids and large anoints of cheese will destroy my intestines. Almond is my substitution whenever I'm feeling festive around the holidays for some good ole cookies and milk
