Rugby is very much a game of momentum physicality and technique when a defender (tackler) does not have the right technique It's easy to bump the player out of the way i think to call these players "Bully" is wrong as most of them are just playing the situation.Mostly its bullying the situation.

Not only will a player that deliberately head butts another player they get a red card and are sent off, but the Rugby Union of that country or World Rugby the governing body will sanction a player with suspensions from either club play or in the case of international matches from international competition.
Rugby is the most physical sport out there as such there will be extreme physical contact. That being said a few of the players shown in this video take it to far, if they were not a big as they are they would be average players and would not act as they do.
They are the reason those people that are not familiar with rugby look on rugby players are thugs. This type of player also attract they wrong type of person to rugby, all these people want to do it “Hit” not tackle and tend to play beyond the spirt of rugby. Further more these types of players fail to learn the how to truly play the game and develop the skills to become real rugby players.
