Many creative people and artists come up with many different ways of doing things and creating arts and crafts through our imagination and desires. Nobody owns anything because majority of the time, throughout the world someone has already thought about the idea and tried it or is going to. There is greed that unfortunately human nature sometimes pulls people that way and they think they should be the only one. In reality everybody is free to create anything they want in any which way they wish and people like you come here to inspire others and share your experiences with them all to help them to open their minds to many possibilities, you are a beautiful soul and selfless because you are willing to share your knowledge, research and experience. People are so petty, I am thankful for everyone that inspire me but honestly I can't always remember where I saw what, for the most part I have an idea in my mind of awhat I want to accomplish and search out help with parts for help. What I realize is no matter what my idea is someone has done it most times and now I need to add my own finger print.

What a wonderful and dignified response. This must have been quite upsetting. Your eithose is truly wonderful. Tip if glass gets stuck rather than picking individually usr the power of resin. Do a new casting in resin over it and it will grab any stuck bits so when you remove it everything should come out. You tyen just have glass on the tips on some bits of the freshly cast resin which also looks nice so nothing is wasted

Some people are just after money. One TH-camr offered a paid course, ( for a technique that was not an original idea), and had 8000 people pay for the course. I did the sums and worked out that they had made ...... a quarter of a million dollars! I had to check several times as I thought, I no that cannot be correct, but it was! That’s what is important to some people,not sharing information and tips and advice, which you do. I know what sort of TH-camr I have the most regard for! This is my first time watching you... I came because I wanted to know how glass would react in resin.... BEFORE I tried it. I thought I came up with the idea until I searched it. There are rarely new ideas in our world please continue to do what you are doing. I do not work due to health issues and I hate trying new things because I can't afford to waste anything. Glass works great for different effects in resin. The only thing I suggest is coating the glass in resin before pouring it into a mold so it doesn't have as many bubbles. I've done it in a project before. I used green glass mixed in resin with a little green alcohol ink to slightly tint the resin for texture in my 'grass' area. I put little dried flowers on top to create a meadow. It turned out great.
I have learnt so much from you Petra and no one can make a claim that they were the first to anything because all of us are capable of original thought... carry on doing what you are doing. Much love x

I saw that it was a paid course and said FORGET IT! People like you and Artist Till Death and countless others are so willing to share. I have watched another youtuber for quite sometime and one day saw that she was charging to view how to do something and it struck a nerve since they have always been free and willing to show how to it. The best part is, it was a new thing for her and still hadn't learned it herself! I emailed you with my issue btw. Thanks for offering to help.
Honestly, Petra. Unless they have a paten and copyright on an idea made come to life, no one... NO ONE can say that that is theirs. Hell... I'm a member of several art groups on Facebook (including yours) and in every single one, someone has taken an idea someone else came up with and honoured that person by redoing it in their own steps. I've seen so many druzy molds that not a single one has a paten to claim it as the creators. My dear Lady... carry on with what you do and continue teaching. I am learning from you. :)

Great job! And, even this new resin artist had this idea come to me. I tried using small acrylic diamonds. Didn't come out as nice as the crushed glass. Sad that some people get angry and make accusations. You did the honorable thing by addressing it and then blocking her and her negativity. We appreciate all you are doing and sharing with us 💕
I can’t believe anybody would negatively come after anyone for making silicone molds every channel on TH-cam is making them we all get inspired from each other & from things we see. If we saw it on somebody’s channel we give credit where it’s due. We post videos so others can get inspired and try something new so if we didn’t want this out there we wouldn’t post videos we wouldn’t have a TH-cam channel. we all come up with something and we share it and it’s not like we say no you can’t do it besides we can’t control what others do they could take a video of ours as inspirational make a twist on it. it’s art it’s a way of expressing yourself. We put it out there so people can see it.

Totally objective. Found this searchimg resin art. Dont know anybody involved. You tried to talk to her. You are speaking your honest truth publicly. And for me, I never thought of any techniques owned by anybody. Give credit where you can out of courtesy. But you can't expect it from others because once you share your art - you put it out into the universe and technique for any DIY or Art is universal. That was an awesome come back video You handled that with grace. I never skipped a second of it enjoyed it all. Go back in history people on opposite sides of the planet building identical structures and cave paintings that are the same. Maybe they traveled far and it was shared with them. Or like most things it starts with an idea a light bulb moment. God made many molds of us and I think there are many of these Identical light bulb moments that occur all around the world and with there touch and style. What people have a hard time understanding is that even though they had the same idea and they may have posted it for you the mind is always creating. If you work in the same area you are bound to come a crossed the same idea several times it’s not that someone has copied your idea is that their mind is creative just like yours. Instead of coming at them angrily, and vulgarly. The correct way is to say hey I have a video explaining that same process maybe your followers might find it easier to understand. Because, everyone learns different. By coming at you competitively and arrogantly it shows that she is scared of competition. Scared that you have more followers. Scared that you’re a better artist. Keep your head up keep doing what you’re doing. You are fantastic.

Thanks to you I have made my "crystal templates" in assorted sizes and using different size glass bits. Now, I have to be patient and wait for my silicone to arrive! You are such an inspiration.

Great job! And, even this new resin artist had this idea come to me. I tried using small acrylic diamonds. Didn't come out as nice as the crushed glass. I can’t believe anybody would negatively come after anyone for making silicone molds every channel on TH-cam is making them we all get inspired from each other & from things we see. If we saw it on somebody’s channel we give credit where it’s due. We post videos so others can get inspired and try something new so if we didn’t want this out there we wouldn’t post videos we wouldn’t have a TH-cam channel. we all come up with something and we share it and it’s not like we say no you can’t do it besides we can’t control what others do they could take a video of ours as inspirational make a twist on it. it’s art it’s a way of expressing yourself. We put it out there so people can see it.
I agree, when something is shared on social media someone will get inspired by it. I love to share and inspire you all. And when someone copies something from me I just feel flattered. ❤

You tried to talk to her. You are speaking your honest truth publicly. And for me, I never thought of any techniques owned by anybody. Give credit where you can out of courtesy. But you can't expect it from others because once you share your art - you put it out into the universe and technique for any DIY or Art is universal. That was an awesome come back video You handled that with grace. I never skipped a second of it enjoyed it all. Go back in history people on opposite sides of the planet building identical structures and cave paintings that are the same. Maybe they traveled far and it was shared with them. Or like most things it starts with an idea a light bulb moment. God made many molds of us and I think there are many of these Identical light bulb moments that occur all around the world and with there touch and style. God made us with his touch and style to explore and think alike. That way we would have things in common with others and have the same ideas to share and build Love your channel

What people have a hard time understanding is that even though they had the same idea and they may have posted it for you the mind is always creating.
If you work in the same area you are bound to come a crossed the same idea several times it’s not that someone has copied your idea is that their mind is creative just like yours.
Instead of coming at them angrily, and vulgarly.
The correct way is to say hey I have a video explaining that same process maybe your followers might find it easier to understand. Because, everyone learns different.
By coming at you competitively and arrogantly it shows that she is scared of competition. Scared that you have more followers. Scared that you’re a better artist.
Keep your head up keep doing what you’re doing. You are fantastic.
