      It did. I'll have another try sometime but in the meantime I thought it was good to get this idea out there so people could try it :)

    It's gorgeous and I like the idea of putting smaller crystals in with the larger ones. I actually have the smaller ones but I don't have the size you have lol.😊

    • @miniscenesgb
      @miniscenesgb  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Go for it! It's crying out to have the size variations in there, it'd look more natural. I'd love to see what you do if you try it

      Thanks I did get worried about the sound as someone said it was too quiet. Recently someone said my videos were too dark too. I do worry and try to keep improving so feedback is great

    Hi Tracey a little too when pouring silicone is to put a piece of paper or cardboard underneath you work that you are pouring into then you don’t have to stress about your mat too much x

    • @miniscenesgb
      @miniscenesgb  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, I have over 40 mats so I don't stress over them - I don't like waste so wherever possible I just use the cleanable silicone mats and look after them :) I do put old card and paper under some things as they are recyclable but when I am filming that is impractical :)

    Hi Tracey! Really enjoying your videos. You mentioned in this one that you have a lot of allergy problems with different resins. I do too, and I have only been using UV resin because it doesn't bother me. You mentioned you would attach a video of some safety info but I don't see the link. could you send that to me.
    Thanks for all your work and sharing with us!

    • @miniscenesgb

      Good point - I meant to add it to all my videos. I was going to make one myself but this guy's advice exactly corresponds with the advice of my chemical compliance expert friend. So I just share this th-cam.com/video/mr1E9v_9fww/w-d-xo.html. I'll make sure the link is in all future video descriptions. It scares me when I hear people recommend reusing gloves, things like that. It's just one brand of resin I'm allergic to - and the rest of their product line i'm fine with. The chemical data sheet , when I finally managed to get it from them, isn't very compliant but does show a high level of one of the components more than other brands so I think that must be it. Nowadays I just avoid that brand and I'm fine. So it's worth trying other brands, and of course going crazy with PPE. All the best

    We can barely hear you, might need a microphone.

    • @miniscenesgb
      @miniscenesgb  ปีที่แล้ว

      I am using a microphone and others hear me ok? No one has ever mentioned that being an issue. Just played it back, i hear me fine - I have a respirator on but i hear me fine
