- In this video I'm reviewing the Vivian Lou Insoles because word on the street is that these insoles will make you wear heels 4 times longer. The question for this video is: Does the Vivian Lou insoles make wearing heels comfortable? I'm putting these Vivian Lou insoles to the test. I'm going to give you a no nonsense Vivian Lou review. By wearing the insoles with two heels that are painful and two other high heels that need some improvement. Are these insoles the secret to wearing your heels without pain? Because according to Vivian their insoles prevent you having pain in the ball of your feet, prevents you from slipping forward and are the perfect insoles for standing all day. I helped designed a wheelchair cushion for my husband and was able to have it made. So I took that design style and made insoles for my heels for the ball of my feet. He has never had any problems with sores etc and I enjoy the ball of my foot being cradle in the shoes pain free for hours.

@@TheMostComfortableHeels Maybe I should have explained. My attorney told me on a request for a cushion by a friend for her son not to. Because it could be copied making it more difficult for me to patent, copyright or whatever they do. Because I eventually hope to produce the cushion for wheelchair users. Sores on their bottom is a huge problem and my husband has not had any sores what so ever for over three years. The design on my insoles are based on my design on the cushion. So sorry.

I tried these and the pain was still there. I took my 4" heels off after a couple of hours (like usual) because they didn't help at all. I've started making my own pads for the balls of my feet. Using boob tape, I tape down several makeup pads and a round soft sponge I cut from a larger clean sponge, to the ball area on the shoe and I was able to walk in my 6" bordellos for 5 hours when usually I'm done after just half hour in them 😂
I'm 5"10 So I look huge in my 6" heels anyway so I only wear them for special occasions but I would like to wear heels on the reg I just don't because they hurt my feet too much.

For your higher heels maybe try using a ball of foot cushion in addition to the weight shifting ones. You’ll get the benefit of the one the stops your foot from sliding and cushion for the ball of foot.

@@TheMostComfortableHeels I understand your sentiments. I have a 12cm shoe from Chinese laundry that is not the most comfortable due to the high stiletto heel but it is beautiful. I wear that shoe to dinners where I know I will be sitting down for the most part. You could do the same for yours also.

I bought the couture ones because those are recommended for heels higher than 2 inches. I honestly haven't tried them yet but maybe those would work better for you?

My big problem is sliding in closed toe pumps for work. Heels look amazing but they really are mid-evil torture devices.

What heel brand do you recommend for wide flat feet? I have both! Which I hate . All these companies make heels without any cushion! So far the most comfee I have found are Clarks, but anything above 3 inch heels still hurts after half a work-day.

Hi, when I wear heels I find that the my foot's arch and the arch of the shoe doesn't quite line up. So my arch is not fully supported by the shoes. It's the same problem whether I go up or down a size, what could be the issue please?
There is chance you have flat feet it can be hard to find heels for you where your feet aline with with your heels❤️ you can try wearing lower heels ❤️
I have the same exact problem, I hate it. My foot arch is super arched so in the middle of my feet where the arch starts doesn’t lay flat on heels.
I can honestly say that I love high heels.

I bought some and my feet still hurt and my insoles were ruined too.
Yeah the insoles just totally ripped out the material, but it did say it would but those uncomfortable heels stayed painful maybe even more painful🙊

If you have to do this much things for uncomfortable shoes ….Toss them! There’s gorgeous shoes that are comfortable and you don’t mess up your back or your feet ladies! Not worth it.💖She even says it.😊😁
