What do you do about slipping and sliding in pumps? At the end of the day the heel is about to slip off of my foot.
giselle lopez that’s a good question. I’ve found some tools that can help prevent this. Video coming soon. In the meantime you could spray hair spray on the sole to prevent slipping and sliding ❤️

I love this channel! I ordered the insoles for the inside of my heels! It’s like confirmation i have the right idea! I have flexible flat feet and I’m like hmmm…. These might fill that little area nicely. And I have a pair of shoes that are a half size too big I think they should do the trick. I have the ones for the ball of the heel too… wen i was younger I didn’t have to use any of it, I attribute that to being a dancer so we did a lot of pointing and flexing of the feet. I got use to always keeping my feet pointed but now. 😬😂
