I give you 3 different methods that are also very handy 💋
You can wear a higher heel if your compensate for the extra height with a platform, which is my favorite. Also, I find find that a platform tends to absorb some of the impact of walking on hard surfaces.

Hi I have a very high arch and I am over weight but I love heels, they make me feel good. I have found that when I wear heels I love platforms which give me more support. I am 5'7 in height and my foot is wide. I measured and it came out to 6-7 CM heels. I often wear chunky heels have not worn thin heels for ages
Chunky heels are amazing! You could compensate the heel height with a platform if you would like to wear higher heels ❤️❤️

The relaxed position of my foot is already at 7cm but if I bend it down it goes to 10. I find that in reality that 5cm is the highest I can go comfortably. I usually have pain at the ball of my feet and I always strain my ankles, even in block heels

It sounds like you need to get used to wearing heels. You have the possibility to rock higher heels but you need to build tolerance. Start of with the 5 cm and eventually go higher.

Hi! I have wide feet and I could never find a pair of heels that was comfortable enough for me to wear. I then tried wearing wide fit heels and my feet finally felt okay, even with heels that measured 4 inches, even though my most comfortable heel height is 6cm.
Oh that’s very good to hear. Yes I can wear a higher heel than my “most comfortable heel height”. Especially if it’s a wide fit. It really depends what heels they are. I’m happy to hear that you can wear 4” heels because this heel height has the prettiest styles ❤️

I can bend my toes back quite far and _every_ time I wear heels, I have pain never on my heel but on the bone of my toes where they're bending, if that makes sense. I never know if it's the shoe or my weight but I still want to wear heels 😩

hello dear, thank you for your question. I think you mean the ball of your feet. If so you are wearing heels that are too high. Tone It down to 8 cm/3” block heels and lower the chance of having that discomfort ❤️
I'm getting 9cm with a decent arch but I can realistically only wear around 2" heels because I feel pressure at the balls of my feet and I have bunions. I don't like a strong/sharp heel angle but I do like chunky heels!

It seems to me like you have different pain areas.
If you have bunions it’s very important to wear the right shoes because the wrong heels can enlarge your bunions as you know.

This is very interesting, but I feel like I'm still doing something wrong. I am pretty flexible and can bend my feet a lot but still can't handle heels very well, my feet always end up hurting even though almost everything I own is less than 7cm. Maybe my flat feet don't help with that though...

Hmm I think that your left shoe size is a bit smaller. Stuff that shoe with some cotton balls to keep your feet in place ❤️😘

11 cm sounds crazy high to me. Lower the heel height you are wearing to let’s sayyy 🤔 8 cm and you’ll see that wearing heels will become easier.
Just make sure you wear your right shoe size and width size aswell 😘

Hello, the reason why you measure the “imaginative” heel perpendicular is because it’s trigonometry. You want to measure the difference when you stretch your feet downwards. I hope I explained it right. Please let me know.❤️

Mine is about 13 cm, or a tad over 5 1/4 inches, but I've been dancing for years so that makes sense. I have a big arch in my foot though, and I can never find heels in my size that are the right hight or have an arch.

Some people say its difficult to wear high heels but forget about the difficulties with lower heels after wearing high heels daily , Love your channel hun 😍
If you find it difficult to lower your heels, it could be because your calf muscles have been conditioned to be perpetually clenched or shortened. So, when you flex your feet the other way (toes towards the sky as opposed to ground) it can feel uncomfortable and even painful. In addition to lowering your heels, you can also do some foot exercises/stretches to help recondition your calves.
I can’t wear anything higher then 4 inches and even with 4 inches I have to have a lot of support around the ankle (gladiator,strappy) with a insole for the balls of my feet for it to be walkable for a while. Block heels are so much more comfy then stilettos. If I wear a thin heel it has to be 3.5 inch the tallest lol 😂
Hey girl! You shouldn’t even wear heels that are higher than 10 cm/ 4 inches. They hurt crazy! Block heels are definitely more comfortable and honestly these are the type of heels you can wear for multiple hours. Try wearing 4 inch stilettos for 8 hours.. just agony 😨😨 3.5 inch is better to wear girl! 😘❤️😘😘

So theoretically i could wear 13cm heels.... (which i think my gorgeous Iron Fists nearly are!) But yeouch....i guess "just because you can doesn't mean you should". I do find it hard to wear low heels though. And no ballet pumps/ slippers. Yes baby that’s a good way to put. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should! That should be the big motto for us heels wearers.
I would say start with 3”-7.5 cm/ 8 cm. These heel heights offer the same glamorous heels as the sky high ones. Maybe even better, start of with a boot and work yourself up to a sandal ❤️❤️❤️
