    👍 It's essential to maintain n update accurate data of emp attendance n punctuality records. Based on data, we could analyse the pattern of unplanned n excessive absence of emps n start having one to one dialogues with the respective emps to discuss abt the importance of regular attendance with punctuality means a lot to the organization. Make them clearly understand how importance of those aspects n allow them to talk abt their real issues on unplanned / excessive absenteeism n late coming. Continuously monitor their progress n allocate time to hv brief discussions with them individually n admire even if they improve a little compared to the past records. Data is very important to show them how they progress n explain them abt the benefits they get due to improving attendance n punctuality. 🇱🇰

    Out new hire of 2 months has been late 4 times. Called off 2 times and left early 3 times. If she’s not fired next week, I’ll be looking for a new job. Tired of being stuck with her work.

    Gudmornig. Skin po kc rgardind sa mga late. Dapat kon pd gawin mo tlagang iwas late. Kc para sakin not valid reason.

    how about kung yung employee is merong superiority complex na..nuong naghihikahos kayo nung umpisa,nandiyan ako,sinamahan ko kayo..pero ngayon bigla kayo nagbago..
    pero sa totoo lang me sungay na talaga siya at talagang namihasa ng ulit ulitin yung ginagawa niya,plus pumapasok pa ng lasing..

    It's ALSO just extremely rude and unacceptable if that coworker is also the only one relieving your from your shift and knows they are creating more work for that person. I work in hospitality and it's incredible how many people think they can just walk in whenever the feel they are ready (food in hand) smh 😂
    I put an end to it immediately and report it to a supervisor,it got so bad that eventually a few of the other employees perpetually came in late every shift they had on purpose. It's tacky and weird to me when people are late. Especially full grown adults
