    Ganitong ganito luto ng nanay ko. Nakakamiss naman nanay ko nasa heaven na sya.. i miss her cooking so much. Parang kagaya nyo po sya. bukas magluto ako nito thanks po

    Pinoy version nang Miki-Bihon? Hindi ganito ang nao-order namin noon sa Chinese restaurant. Pero ito, basta masarap, it's good!

    Napakasarap naman po niyang miki bihon gisado mga sangkap kumpleto presentation palang nakakagutom na, salamat po may natutuhan kami.

    Same process when I cook. Pero walang miki dito, gamit ko shanghai noodles cguro pareho lang. 😘😋

    Rule of thumb with rice noodles, liquid (stock) should be double to double and a half weight to volume ratio. Example, 1 kilo dry noodles = 2-2.5 liters of liquid (stock/water).

    Paborito ko po yan Ma'am Esie. Matagal ko na pong gusto matutunan ang tamang kombinasyon ng miki at bihon at tamang pagluluto ng recipe na ito. Tamang tama po ito ngayong darating na pasko. Salamat po muli. God bless po.

    I'm also cooking the same recipes but to add an oriental taste to it I put 2 sticks of chorizo Macau, squid balls and pork liver...
    I just want to make it a bit special and tasty 😋

    Hi Esie , what a coincidence i just cooked pancit guisado too with no miki naman sa akin.The only thing I did not add is the oysters sauce.
