Masyadong over cooked ang veggies and yung noodles din parang na over cooked na sa kahahalo. Sorry I like my veggies with a little crunch

5 to 10 minutes in warm water depende na rin sa thickness ng beehon, kung hindi warm water gamitin mo to soak the beehon then it takes fewer minutes more mga 15 to 20 minutes tingnan mo lang din ang texture niya ng mababad mo eto, may ibang beehon very thin I washed it nlng kasi quite fast lumambot 🤔. One of my favourite food and I preferred to cook it with myself 😊. Cooking is versatile that is why I can do and think about what I want to add on to make my cooking more satisfying .
Why do you cook pancit that way? That is not the way to cook pancit. Why pour out jugs of water , watery. What's in it? Vetsin, watery soy sauce, chicken stocks are supposed to be gravy for chicken and beef , the English traditional cooking. You do rubbish cooking , you are mixing with gravies.
