First, great rig. Comprehensive tour. I thought the videography was awesome. Even when showing the outdoor access to space, the camera was aimed inside so we could see every nook and cranny. Something like this is worth more than I'll make in three years, but it is awesome to see these. My wife calls it "dreamscaping." She calls it that when she looks at things we might not readily afford ...or ever afford. But we can still,appreciate the workmanship & ingenuity of anything and everything. I always learn SOMETHING. Thanks to the poster. Good job!
I never would have thought all of that would fit in that space! I could see this setup for a small traveling construction crew or someone with a job that keeps them in a different location for several days or a week at a time.
You want a 4 season camper - buy a bigfootrv travel trailer or truck camper (Made in Canada and sold by dealers throughout North America) or buy a Tiger Expedition RV 4wd (Built in North Carolina) which can be ordered with decent winterization and has many owners who have used in winter camping. And the quality of both is superb. Bigfoots are renown for their quality and durability and stock I believe are rated to -26C.

Best pick up camper I've ever seen. Makes so much sense. Getting rid of the p/u bed adds so much more usable space. Add in the fact that it looks great makes it a win win situation. I don't know if it is still removable but if it is you could put the bed back on in the winter.
But you no longer have the dual purpose use of the pickup. That's the whole idea of a slide in camper. You'll notice this guy has another pickup sitting in the back ground so he probably wasn't concerned about it.
Your truck looks great! I'm building a similar one with a 2012 F550 that had been a beach firetruck. I have an Arctic Fox 1150 and an Adventurer 80RB, but I haven't integrated either to the truck yet. Considering the Host Mammoth too. My original plan was to make it like yours - basically turn it into a full body RV. But since I can't decide on a camper, I might just go with a flatbed and keep it removable. Too many options!

What an Awesome rig!! The ONLY thing I find disturbing about it, is the fact that the TOILET is dead center in the middle of everything If you're in there taking a big dump, it will smell up the entire area, block passage from one end to the other, AND it's positioned Right next to the Stove!

I have no doubt that it would have "so so" mileage numbers but all the upgrades are going to load the rig down but, still a complete package. as for the comments I've read, if they are serious about the unit they can do their own research. it ain't gunna be cheap but it does fit the bill for the person that demands this type of setup. thanks for the review!
Nice camper. Must be a custom job. Myself I prefer to have a camper that I can remove from my truck. That’s why I just purchased a camper and truck together. 2008 GMC 3500 1 ton dually diesel 4X4 ext cab with a Lance 992 camper both camper and truck in immaculate hardly used condition. Truck has only 71,000km. Nice to have a removable camper because I need a truck and don’t need to pay for 2 vehs.
Those slides, will hurt in 10 degree weather. However, they are nice the extra room is nice, will the AC keep everything cool? REALLY nice set up, one of a kind!
That thing is massive, I would upgrade the truck a little and get rid of the duals and put on some good all terrain tires, super singles in the back with bead locks and put air bag suspension for more ground clearance If necessary. But this is a very nice rig folks!

For the end game price of this camper, having owned the Mammoth, I can say without a doubt I am glad I sold it and purchased a Class C Toterhome. Extra eight feet is nothing. Total amenities. When we're talking over 100k for a rig folks you really have to ask yourself something: Do you suck at driving? Because I've taken my rig from Dumont to Yellowstone, to Alaska to New York City. I two my boat behind it and I have no issues. Just take that into consideration from someone who has been in this industry for over 30 years. Again, this is well over a 100k rig. On an F-350 chassis.
That's a nice setup. I would want the truck cab to be a two door instead of a four door for myself. A lot of room lost in the camper with it being a four door. Thanks for the video.
This is more space than I need to live in! We've been dying to build a "tiny house" but a camper makes sense. I want to keep our vehicle though, so this one makes no sense for me, just can't take my eyes off it!
If you pause the video just after he unfolds the steps, there is a small plaque on the door that states the camper is made by Host Industries, but I couldn't find this rig on their website. There is a 3-Slide-out truck camper, but it is slide-in unit, not a cab-chassis rig like shown here.
The living area is lacking a table but it’s okay anyway because i loved this camper so much. It’s amazing, I wish I could get one of these but I’m not living in the states and I don’t know if I can find a one that has slides and a shower like that in Turkey. Maybe I built one like that someday
Wow amazing layout. Love the location of the kitchen next to that giant vertical picture window ( have to agree wih you that window is the best design feature ever !!!) Moving on ; love the couch rather than a dinette, cause dinette tables take up way too much space. . Cons : not a big fan of the toilet next to the kitchen : not a good idea and have to agree wih the comment below that interiors and appliances look super cheap!!! They need European designers to twerk the Interiros !!! Oherwise Love the Brand #Host.
That cassette toilet is a no-go for me. I like to stay in one spot in Boondock for weeks at a time. You have to empty that cassette toilet every couple of days

Camper alone isn't....whole package with truck he's listing for $115k...but then again, you can buy a BRAND NEW LANCE 1172 (larger, far more featured) for $48k...and a new 1-Ton will set you back $55k or so...So his used is about $20k higher than buying all-new...OUCH.

Nice size pantry, big picture window, great storage inside, handy magazine rack for someone like me. It’s really nice inside for a traveling couple.
