very lovely I have worked with paint and stencils but never thought of plaster, but please use a mask when you are sanding because if you inhail plaster dust enough times it can damage your lungs

Thank you. I'm glad you liked the work. There are ready-made ornaments for sale, but I made this one myself. I found an interesting pattern on the internet, printed it out, and transferred it onto a stencil film
What is the honeycomb mesh I have a hard time sourcing something like it. I tried structure paste on canvas with a metal round hole stencil but the result was nowhere near yours. First the canvas is bendy so the paste just gets under the rigid stencil. Then when you take the stencil away the paste is to gluey and sticks to the stencil. The result looks interesting but is not what I wanted. I opted for paste mainly because canvas is flexible and I was afraid plaster would crack. Awesome channel though! Please make a video on how you made the floral stencil and your thoughs on where you position them relative to each other!
Thanks for the comment. I used honeycomb mesh for the windows. I bought it at a curtain store. It is made of fabric, so it sticks well to the base, even one that bends, and a clear pattern is obtained. Regarding the stencil, I cut it out myself using a breadboard knife from a silicone tablecloth. Instead of a silicone tablecloth, you can use thick polyethylene.

No, The Joint compound is not a good durable material for this type of work, and it takes much longer curing times between coats and cannot take the elements. lOOKS BEAUTiful but is not durable.

Joint compound is not durable, and this work does not take a couple of minutes but days for proper curing time. The primer suppose to take hours and its special primer, first layer takes hours to dry then the second. This is a good-looking hot mess.
What are you talking about? Have you ever done similar work with these materials? I've done wall decorations like these many times, and I've had no issues with them for years. It seems like you're seeing this technique and using regular materials for wall decor for the first time.
