Think something went wrong with the video. Does it go fuzzy for people watching at about 1:50?

Hi mate, yes the picture jumps around like an old TV losing signal for about 10 seconds but then it's ok again. Audio is fine throughout.
I've recently come across your channel and I'm enjoying the videos. Are you still using your indoor light set up?

@AlexBraunton Thanks, ah OK, not too sure what happened there as the original footage is fine.
I haven't got my grow lights set up atm, but I will be setting it all back up probably in December, ready to root a few more cuttings and overwinter some of my tropical plants 😊🌿

Great that you managed to get a main crop fig this year Conor 👍

Cheers, I think I will let my RDB go until it's all dark. It's got a lot colder here in the northwest of Ireland. But I think a week should do it, as I'm noticing it get a little darker each day now. The plant came with about twelve or so green figs, roughly thumb sized. I cut them all off bar four that may actually have some chance. No sense wasting energy on fruit that will drop by Halloween anyway.
PS, I'm on the FB group as well. But I will be leaving FB round Halloween again, because I only really have it to sort pumpkins for people. Only thirteen this year due to all the heavy rain in July & Aug. First fruit set, and the later ones were ditched by the plants. Normally get at least two large pumpkins per plant, so it's a big change not have twenty or thirty odd of the things to give out.

It looked pretty good, Conor. I've tried to get the real RdB a couple of times. One of my plants I moved into the greenhouse about a month ago as it seemed like it might have a chance. The fig looks a little bit like your smaller ones that haven't swollen yet, starting to get a reddish tinge to it. I left another one outside that also has a couple of figs on it, although they were smaller to begin with, so don't think that has a chance.
I hope you start to feel better soon also 🤞

@PeterEntwistle Thanks! Yeah it's frustrating that I can't take cuttings of mine yet, because it barely grows 😅, but I'm hoping now it's in its final spot, plus a warmer 2025 🤞will hopefully encourage it to grow loads, and I can distribute it a bit if people don't have it. Hopefully yours fruits soon though.
      Cheers!

@@hopeitgrows2892 I did get some cuttings from Karl over winter which I've rooted this year, so those I know should be the real RdB. So maybe next year I might be able to get one of them to fruit 🤞

@PeterEntwistle Oh cool, yeah his one looks the same as mine I think, and is quite early for him so hopefully it fruits for you soon.
