The way you tour the house is very confusing. Please don’t jump from place to another, follow the floor plan. For example you went from the office you jumped immediately to the wine storage.then you went to the living room, without touring what’s on the opposite side of the office
All these TH-cam "luxury" realtor video makers all dress the same LOL. 1 min in and we know the driveway is "pavers or tile or brick" and the garage has a "great wooden feel". Could we do a bit of research before presenting?

Unless the house square footage is maxed for that lot, I would have extended that single car garage and made it double deep.
