create free account
click firmware
in search area type model name
in country, type country
download the appropriate file for flashing
download Odin v3.14
connect phone
load files in each section
wait for the system to finish the setup files
click run when you see blue com port
wait for the files to flash
please read carefully before you process this action as it will erase all data

There are many firmware region based ROMs for a specific model cellphone. They also seem to be specific to certain networks. Wouldn't an international phone firmware not be provider specific ? Which country/region version ROM should I be using and does it make a difference ? Thanks

The issue is your boot loader is unlocked and you need to relock it again but the flash counter won’t be zero
