Jorge Gonzalez no, se formateo de fabrica pero el contador de Knox se queda en x1 asi que Samsung pay queda inútil después del primer root sin importar que lo desrootees.
No se que salio mal, al cargarle el BL se reinicio solo y ya no pasa del logo "Samsung Galaxy S8+" que puedo hacer?

please help !! After installing twrp and restarting this came out on the loading screen, "only flashing official launched binaries are allowed" try to install the original Galaxy s8 firmware but it has sold me an error! "the complete operation (writing) failed"

got twerp working/putthe zip file to the external card as the inernal wasn't being recognised and n flahed it using twerp but this made the bootloop even worse (befor it was stuck in the Samsung screen and now its constantly rebooting

I have tried this about 7 times and it does not work on the Samsung Galaxy 8 plus SM-G955F
@@lada6887 I fixed it by using the latest Samsung firmware and loading it in Odin - bl, ap, cs, csc and got it back to stock. My only issue now is how to root it without it getting stuck in the bootloop again after a restart

work for me:
"When the device reboot after this error : Fail Device Info. Repress immediately Volume- / Bixby / Power to enter a second time in download mode. Normally you enter directly in the mode, and you don't have the Splash Screen ( Samsung Power BY Android )
Now you can flash with Odin, and tis problem diseapear !
The more important is the rapidity ! when you click start in Odin, the phone reboot and you must immediately re-enter in download mode.

are you using a usb 3.0 port bro ? it was what was messing up my s8 + . my phone will fail everytime if i dont use a usb 2.0 port . wtf is that about ?

Dude you are a fucking life saver. Stayed up all night yesterday and was getting frustrated. I did the download mode as soon as I pressed start and it finally booted.

Hi I need help with my galaxy s8 say
an error has occurred while updating the device software.
You don't have to do the timing trick with the odin firmware at all! all you have to do is:
1, load into download mode (bixby volume down, power button)
2, click cancel (volume down)
3, load into download mode again
4, click continue (volume up)
5, flash, no error now! No need to flash another bootloader or etc, just every time you want to flash anything use this trick.
I do recommend flashing another bootloader, (maybe modem as well) etc, because it will fix bugs like these, speed up your phone, and if you flash it through a zip, instead of odin, ALWAYS do a device check. When flashing firmware (bootloader, modem etc.) You don't need to wipe anything not even dalvik cache and normal cache, just update and go!

Sir you literally saved my s8+. Due to false flashing process i was unable to reapply the stock firmware. Odin would only say can't open com port. So after a 12 hours+ headache, this worked like magic. First i updated the bootloader, then i was able to reinstall the stock firmware, then i got access to the stock bootloader, factory reset, restart and boom my phone lived once again

You save my life bro. It works on my samsung s8+. It was bricked and bootlooping. I flashed BL using your method and re-flashed the stock firmware and now it's revived! thank you so much! I got tempted to root and it had gone bad while tripping knox. Learn my lesson, always research first and follow instruction.

Hi all I'm looking for some help if possible. I have s8 sm-g950f on custom rom ( pie ) ( twrp) . I want to go back to stock . I have odin3 s3.10.6 and the stock rom download from Sam, I have put all files in right place in odin3 AP/BL/CP/CSC and pressed start , phone is 100% connected. Up in the top left it just says (starting partition) and does nothing else. Any idea would be appreciated. Something to do with twrp ? Idk

I tried flashing stock firmware, but that didnt help either. It keeps rebooting and it stands recovery is not seandroid enforcing. Please help me!
.... at last step in recovery twrp i didn't permit to install again twrp and unchecked. reboot shows samsung logo and then goes off. in recovery didn't access and i was constrict to install stock recovery and it doesn't flash anything. now i am on stock recovery but unable to flash again the twrp for error check file bootloader device 3 binary 1. any suggest?
hi i follow your step, my phone is S8+(i've download firmware for S8+ too, with BL_G955.. file) but got FAIL message, and on that red fail box on left corner up, my progress with green bar is stop in half..
please, does my phone still can be repaired ?

One last question :) When I use ODIN for flash the stock ROM 8.0 for some reason I erase the IMEI and baseband, I don't know how i do this :/ . I have the backup of this , I make with the twrp. I am waiting the 7 days to install the twrp again and restore the backup. You know if without the cell recognize the sim card the UNLOCK OEM option will show up?
