For the idle smart controller you don’t have to play with the dash switch. There’s a button on the top left of the tablet above where it’s plugged in that will wake it up. I’m out of your terminal too. Great videos.
the electrical issues you mentioned, could be those fans, but also sounds like you might have some dirty power possibly from the APU. instead of a steady stream of power, youre getting spikes. the inverter is supposed to clean it up. not something you need to rush to the shop over, but next time youre in for maintenance, mention it to them. might be something they can look at. if it hasnt affected your TV or other electronics youve plugged in, then it was probably just the fans
If they taught you a maneuver. Offset turn your wheel half clock opposite direction you trying to go. When you see you landing gear of your trailer turn your wheel all the way opposite direct from where you just turned. When your straight with your trailer just go straight back until you can see your cone behind you. Then slowly easy your trailer in making whatever adjustments you need. But go slow so you have time to do so. Allydock which I presume they call parallel/ go straight back if they have a line use it as a guide. But go straight back a few feet then turn your wheel two times in the direction you your going which should be left. Once you see your trailer getting close to tractor (basically entire tire exposed in front of trailer) turn your wheel all the way right. Back up slow. From there you make the final adjustments you see you need. Don't be afraid of the pull up. You get like 2 freebies on each maneuver n if you don't use them they carry over. Or even if they don't allow that which they should cause it's state test. It's only 1 point to pull up. Always pull up to your left n go as far up as your allowed to give yourself room to fix it. If you hit the line it's double points n cone it's automatically fail. So just use the pull up if need be
@@jacksonlouisjean8394 it changes every week. 1 week might be a good week with all drop n hooks decent mileage or it could be a slow week with alot of live load & u loads n voided loads. Your automatically guaranteed 1k a week if you make less for the first 6 months with swift

Doesn't work for me. I have to unplug and plug it back in or play with switch. And that's wassup!
A clean truck is zen for me too. Like that smart idle set up in the bunk area. Very slick.
You should get a pair of vise grip that's was I use to hold that release handle

Definitely the fans. Look good but made crappy
Always dolly down with landing gear one to two inches from the ground…. then drop
I been waiting on a update from you! Lol I’m in my last week of training at swift academy and struggling with this offset and parallel. Any advice?

@@TorieDshines you're welcome. I'm glad it's working out!
I just use W40 and let it sit for 2 minute soak then move the tandem. Easy peasy.
