意识上躯干找大腿很容易做成弯腰“假曲髋”,大腿找躯干,股骨向髋臼压缩更容易找到曲髋。
膝蓋超過腳尖是正常的嗎
腳後跟離地去跳,膝蓋要不超過腳尖很難,所以才更需要屈髖讓臀部肌群參與減少膝蓋負荷。

@@cwy462 不要刻意寬就好 找髖絞鍊的感覺順著發力 如果整個髖部都不發力那超過腳尖是很正常的因為要代償
重點是要屈髖,屈髖才能讓核心出力,而屈髖會讓膝蓋後縮,就是所謂的不要超過腳尖,但不是重點。
當力量傳導熟練高效後,自然就能減少屈髖幅度了
