    Can you tell me which brand of Vital Wheat Gluten Flour are you using in your recipe? I'm finding it hard to find this ingredient here. I didn't want to use 1/2 All Purpose Flour as I'm looking at a healthier option with whole wheat pita bread.

    Is there a way to make them without so much oil?

      They only have 3 tbs of olive oil. You can reduce the quantity if you want.

    Hi! I made this recipe but some of them did not blow out. Why would be the reason?

    • @flavorsoftheworldbyanna
      @flavorsoftheworldbyanna  8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Diana. The reason would be uneven rolling of some breads. If some of them puffed up and some didn't, it means that they were unevenly rolled, or had tears/holes in them or were too thin. Practice makes perfect! I am sure they tasted just as good as the other ones!

    Will they work without vital wheat gluten?

    • @flavorsoftheworldbyanna
      @flavorsoftheworldbyanna  8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      yes they will but you should make them half whole wheat and half white flour to be fluffy.

    Very nice video! Can we bake the breads on stove top at the end instead of oven?

    Hi. What is the replacement of vital wheat gluten? It is not available at my end.. .

    • @flavorsoftheworldbyanna
      @flavorsoftheworldbyanna  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      priyanka dutta you can use half whole wheat and half white four as the whole wheat doesn't have a high gluten content.

    Can this be made without the sugar?

    • @flavorsoftheworldbyanna
      @flavorsoftheworldbyanna  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      blurwheels it can, but sugar helps yeast activate better. You can use a little honey if you prefer.

    Too thick. I’m yet to see a home recipe which ends in a delicate thin arabic bread.
