@Pythonista It depends how much time they are given to power up. Jiren only has shown his true power when he wanted to actually eliminate Goku and then he has finally broken that limit, but he only went to 12.1 septilions while Broly has been powering up constantly while fighting Vegeta and then Goku and reached 11.2 septilion even though he has never had an actual opponent untill Vegeta. Jiren had actual training while Broly was simply trained as a brute.
If Broly replaced Tien, Universe 7 would’ve decimated the competition.

I like to imagine that when Broly goes Legendary Super Saiyan and Kale goes berserk, the fight wouldn’t last long considering the vast power gap between the two but their short fight would annihilate most of the arena and Broly would run Kale out of juice quickly.

The thing is that. Broly might not need to have any fancy god forms at all. He's super saiyan forms is enough to par with god forms just by powering up. The more he is in the battle the more he adapts the dangerous he is going to be which is the downside of it because he cant control it. In short broly is the REAL super saiyan. Broly does have a full-power form you know, why do you think he was unable to surpass Gogeta? That was because like Jiren Gogeta was beyond Broly's limit.
First off, it's made clear throughout the series that saiyans don't have limits. and also, Broly WAS catching up to Gogeta's power, that's why Gogeta tried finishing him before he could catch up. Think, Broly wasn't automatically stronger the Vegeta's base form, he had to adapt to catch up, same with SSGSS Goku.
