It's a pleasure to watch you both having such a great experience in Europe, from chef Eva to buying all the top gear, I've giggled at your miss apps...and smiled at your high points, this is bike camping at its best ......!! Next year try a little later on the summer months, keep these videos coming awesome material to watch, 😎🏍️😁🍻
THanks so much, this is our first real go at moto camping touring, we did one night (You may have seen that video called moto camping sucks) We realised that oour main problem was poor gesar so after much research and expense we got good stuff and figured we need to go in at the deep end and do a months moto camping tour, a sink or swim situation
You guys have too be the most entertaining people on here, the chemistry is just so good and funny, but most of all so real, you tell it as it is wort's and all.
Ewa, you vastly under estimate your camp cooking skills, both the breakfast and the casserole / stew / hotpot looked amazing. Doggo is an absolute sweetie.
Ha ha when it rains in Spain boy does it rain and worse there is no drains so the roads are dangerous in my view. Water cant run away. I could not camp purely because of skeletal issues. My hats off to you both. This series so bloody real and entertaining thankyou. Your cooking skills are superb. Also Spanish eggs are the best
One of the better biker/travel vids on YT. Great videography and editing. Get over the fish thing! Eat it. But love the vids. Keep them coming. Ride safe.
You two do make us smile, Rich you are a typical Englishman abroad, very reluctant to try any foreign food.🤣Olive oil on your chain 🤣You both have got into the mot camping more than your first attempt in the UK which was a disaster. Great stuff and Eva, your cooking looks pretty tasty on that little Trangia stove. More please!😊👍🏍
Hi John thanks so much for joining us, yes I feel like a grumpy Englishman some days but I say these things all in fun, it amuses me in a strange way! Some days we are loving the camping, others we wonder how we came to be here but we do love a challenge and are enjoying the whole experience more than we ever thought we would
Aww Guys, honestly. .... your vlogs are so entertaining. Informative, interesting and best of all great humour especially with Rich's dry, no messing soh. 😂 Your cooking sessions are something now to look forward to!😅
I’m with you Rich….the supermarket worms, octopus, fish etc looked horrendous. Bet you can’t wait to get back home for some roast beef, Yorkshire putting, roasties, maybe even a few veg?
Take it from me, Rich. That food looks amazing, mate. I just had a crisp sandwich, and I'm at home 😂 As for Bow, I'd be going back in the car to bring her home with me 😻😻😻
Thanks....my mouth was watering from the beginning to the end of this video! I recommend that you try mixing a little balsamic vinegar in with the olive oil and dip in freshly baked crusty bread - lifts the olive oil experience into another dimension! Best cooking channel for motorcyclists on the internet...... ; ) 👍
Hi guys love your vids. Just one thing about your panniers, I had a plastic set on my bmw & used them for 14 years with no problems. The ones I have now on my tracer (oem) have been on the bike for 5 years so far with no problems. Take them back to Honda, they should last years.
Went to morocco. Not had rain in 9 months and we had 2 days. It always rains when i plan a bike trip. Love eva's poach eggs. Mr grumpy is back! Nice to see lol
Mosko Moto Backcountry soft panniers are the only way to go if you already have racks. Easy on and off for carrying into the hotel or tent. You can also add pockets which hold additional dry bags. I switched from aluminum panniers to the Mosko and will never go back! They’re also good at cushioning the bike if you drop it to prevent damage!
Nooo we set out to do a month in a tent, that was our challenge so we will do our best not to quit, mainly because everyone told us we cant or wont do it....
Terrific guys! Great to see 2 people enjoying the holiday….and still getting on together! Surprising when motorcycle travellers can REALLY get on each other’s nerves…but you two look perfectly matched!
You two don't realise how good you are at this. So much thinking in the moment and figuring out problem solving. Keep the great vids coming. And Ewa is a complete wiz in the kitchen. Camping cook book in the future maybe?? Ride safe friends
It never rains in Tenerife in August. I went last year, it rained heavily one day. It's always sunny in California. I went in the late 1980's and was there for 6 weeks. It was the worst 6 weeks since records began I have been to Cornwall 5 times, all in the summer. I have not seen as much as a single minute of sunshine. I have *never* been to Wales when it didn't rain Every year I buy a new bike we have a dire summer (I bought a new bike last year, I rest my case) I went to Gibraltar last year for a meal. My plane was diverted to Malaga due to engine problems. If there is one train in 50 cancelled, it will be my train If I do the lottery (I stopped) I consider myself lucky to get even 1 number But none of that matters...because I got Mrs Boulder, and she's one in a million....
Ewa, you sell yourself short! That looked like a nice breakfast by the standards of a fully equipped kitchen, pulling that off with the kit you've got is pretty damned good! I'm with Rich, if it was me it'd be some crispy bacon stuffed in the roll and be done with it, your creation looked much more appealing...the stew for dinner looked pretty good too.
Another great episode, so so funny. Your face Rich when Ewa chucked all that beef in the pan... priceless, I was crying with laughter 😅 You pair bring joy to a lot of people 👌
Thank you so much, we cannot believe the response and comments to our videos, we honestly only started this channel to show that two clueless fools can go travelling by motorcycles so its possible for everyone to get out and do it. We had no idea people would find us so entertaining
Comedy couple back on the tube. Most excellent. Fanny Craddock eat your heart out! Superb breakfast treat. If you'd beaten the eggs and lobbed those in the pan too you'd have had Spanish Omelette! Proper posh. The way to keep warm is share a sleeping bag and share ' love puffs'. Survival techniques.. A great watch. Ride safe 👍

You know, it blows our mind how kind and supportive people can be here. We honestly thought we would be in for so much grief and pi ss taking in the comments when we started making videos. We cant thank you for your support enough
Tent sleeping can catch up with you after a while. I walked across Spain in 2000 with just a pack and had everything from freezing in the rain (cold showers) and being thankful for that and a gym floor and old gymnastics mat to sleep on to baking and hoping for a spot sleeping on a facade balcony. I used to be able to hack a half inch thermarest back then, but I need at least a 2.5 inch air mattress these days. Can't do without my 20 degree down sleeping bag though. Enjoy it all, especially the harder parts because that makes the good stuff great -- and all of us jealous!
wow that sounds like quite an adventure, Im not sure we have the patience or stamina for walking though. Our Thermarest matts are great but they are bulky to carry, but there are somethings you just cant do without
@@ontheroadadventure We went to the thermarest neo, which is the size of a soda can. However they're a bit crinkly, slippery, and can be punctured, and don't inflate themselves, and expensive. Like motorcycles and tires, everything's a tradeoff.
Awwww your people from my own heart where the dog is concerned . ❤ the meal looked awesome . The breki was scrumptious too . Good job Eva . Such a lovely couple . 💕
We love the Doggo, she was so sweet and gentle. She slept outside our tent and snored.... Thanks so much for joining us, we wish we could have you all round for dinner!
As stated earlier, I live in Vero Beach, Florida, I'm flying up to New Jersey, then taking a train to Western New York state, Near Niagara falls, to pick up my new enduro bike. I bought the 2023 Ibex 800T ( looks like easy maintenance, oil changes & filters)
Love the cookery ❤ Stew looked delicious. If you’ve got your heart set on soft panniers, 21 Brothers do some that look good. What’s next in menu, Pizza?
Not sure how we could make pizza on this set up we have on this trip but we have some really cool cooking kit we get from these guys firemaplegear.com/collections/best-selling-products?ref=KWrrl6oqfRhFW7
@@ontheroadadventure I was thinking Trangia. There’s a few videos out there cooking pizza on a Trangia. One idea I want to try is cooking it as a Calzone (regular pizza folded in half) that way your topping is more likely to be cooked. Make a great video 😊
Others may disagree, but my experience is the boxes weigh more than their contents. A roll top dry stuff sack bunjied between rider and top box. Croc on .😉🏍
We have the 70 litre bags on the bikes too, for the camping kit. I think we carry more than other people what with laptops, cameras, Tripod, Drone etc. We need to try and get our kit size smaller ideally
That stew looked amazing! The best ones are always a "chuck it in and hope" recipe 😁. I hope you are feeling better Rich, and not coming down with anything. I've just managed to finish editing and uploading episode 1 of my first ever travel motovlog of our trip to Ireland a few weeks ago. It took me ages to do, so I have no idea how you are managing to edit these videos to such a high standard whilst being on the road. Keep up the great work!
Thanks, simple food is always best! Youll get faster at editing with practice bud, keep at it, like the moto camping it gets easier the longer you do it!
(Look on youtube on Plastic welding,) you'll use that wiring to help set, the wiring your adding, should then be covered with plastic, from like soda bottle tops, or plastic zip ties) I had to do that when my trailer box chacked near my tow bar, I used metal (S) clips or even Paper clips would work, ( heat clue them together) and re-build the hitch area.
You two have this moto camping nailed, the breakfast, and then the casserole, my mouth was seriously watering! 😛 great fix on the pannier Rich, you looked wired! 😁
We knew it wouldnt take us long to master the food lol We do love Grub... The Bodge job will have to do, i dont know if theres a better way to fix it? shame to throw them away at £1200 a go
So much fun even when your not riding you are still very entertaining. Smacking breakfast, synchronised swimming, adventure shopping and superb cooking , 14 degrees 🧊😂😂 great fun
Not bad for a day of doing almost nothing! Adventure is what you make it. We both love the whole moto camp cooking its become a big part of the whole thing now
always fun to watch, even if you both look like you've been to an all night party :-) . Have you considered airbnb for the odd night, easy and cheap, not had a bad one yet, especially if you choose a "super host". Ewa - fry the onions first ffs!
Guess that it was really cold the beanie a nice touch to keep ones ears warm specially early in the morning and during the day when its cold. Know the feeling about chronic back pains, suffer self from it specially lower back. Sometimes get so bad that that i cant i struggle to get out of bed in the morning. Did the doctor give you something for your back pain, my side are on medication for it. Breakfast in this episode look delicious what a day to start the morning. This is the first time that i see that one can do olive oil tasting , on this side of the world you just have to buy a whole bottle, no tasting off it... What was the second package that you showed in the shop.... at 10:04 was that octopus looks almost like its pieces of there legs... The pannier box bad place to break, thought that they would use metal hinges, looked like it was al made of plastic, looked like a metal piece felled out if that is the case one could use a nail to fix it.., but could not see in detail on the video. Strepsils someone has a sore throat maybe could be the tonsils if that is the case can also try to gargle lukewarm water with salt, dont swallow... can also help. The beef would take a while to cook before hand to make it tender other wise its bit on the chewy side. At least that is what i'm doing, the onion i would have fried first to just before its starting to burn throw in a little bit of water when you keep doing it, the onions get sweeter. After the beef so that the flavors of the onion mix with the beef also add spice to your taste. then potatoes and last the veggies. Hand warmers something new never knew you get stuff like that. Thanks for this episode.
Yes that was octopus in that packet, Don’t fancy trying that much! The hand warmer things have been a great help camping, being cold at night is the hardest thing about this tour
Your camping skills are flying that breakfast was unreal and then a stew, which is always the best thing to have when your feeling run down . Great video again, I really enjoyed it 👌
Banging breakfast guys, I love the poach eggs, what you got for a cooking system looks the buisness, you look really cold rich eating your beef stew,as I said before great series awesome effort from both of you my hat is already off. More camp cooking guys. All the best 👏🏴✊KTF.
The Trangia is very good but ewa wants new pans for it as the non stick is coming off already, but having said that we are using them well for a whole month. Defo missing the Firemaple grill though and we have lots of other new cooking stuff to show you all in the near future, we have got right into it lol
@@ontheroadadventure my system is a bit of a mixture of gear ,the trangia being the basis for the burner, kettle & pans , I’ve got a dousel fry pan and a sk professional stove, to place on top , albeit I liked that one you used the first time ,I have small wood burning stoves too . As long as you just experiment with them , & learn , ewa looks to have mastered the poached egg that’s for sure. Have a great day tommorrow guys ,hope it’s fine .
Check out the sunset grill on this site, we love these guys, great kit at good prices. It makes a cracking fire pit after your done cooking firemaplegear.com/collections/best-selling-products?ref=KWrrl6oqfRhFW7
Had a bike accident today myself 😢. Bloody taxi driver pulled out without looking, smashed in my front end. I'm ok. But it's not about me. I love my bike. 😢. Love the videos guys. Looks beautiful out there.
@@ontheroadadventure it's possible. Forks pulled in, yoke is cracked, a lot of fairing damage. Garage will pick her up today. Then it's just a waiting game.
You should have bought the sleeping bags that you can zip together then you'd both be lovely and snuggley, and octopus is yummy, keep them coming guys 👍
Looks like dogo will be riding pillion back to the uk 🇬🇧 I’ve done worse we had to put 2 light bulbs under the seat of a Harley Davidson sportster to stop the engine warming light coming on after the original brake light bulb failed and it was replaced with a new one. Ewa will be having her own cooking show
We do lol one each! Only problem i have is no panniers on mine as they couldnt be fitted in time for the tour but i wont be fitting these honda boxes after this
@@ontheroadadventure you guys are honest, down to earth people. You say it as it is, if it's shit you say it's shit. If it's good you say it's good. By the way, I'm with you on the whole fish thing. Cod from the chippy and if I'm feeling adventurous I'll have an haddock.
Yes we knew our honesty may not always go down so well, but we agreed we would show the good bad and ugly of motorcycle travels, its reality not expectation here
Yes, BUT.... have a look at the Firemaple Stuff, we already have some of their kit and find it excellent and these guys have a copy of the Trangia at less than half the cost firemaplegear.com/collections/best-selling-products?ref=KWrrl6oqfRhFW7
The two of you would love to camp with our crew, there are four of use, and the array of meals are out the window, Macho is Spanish, Joe is German, Leo is Dutch, and I'm a mixed mutt, But like to BBQ everything. other then enjoying our travels together, we know we will never starve. Oh, and the Bacon, tons of Bacon, Hickory smoked Bacon....YUMMMMMMMY. Joe pulls a camper trailer behind is bike, and has made an extra large room, so all 4 of us, can sleep inside with air conditioning all night & I have the heater, in my trailer, extra tires and repair parts for all 4 bikes
Surprised that outside edge of that hinge broke off. If worse comes to worse maybe borrow a drill and put a small hole on either side of that and loop the wire to make a primitive reinforcement hinge there on the back edge. Better yet I bet a handy chap with a rotary tool and a metal hinge could grind off the remaining broken plastic hinge there and screw on a small hardware store metal replacement. Feed that doggo extra for us!.
@@ontheroadadventure If you have someone drill through and secure on the inside with nylock washers on the screws, a piece of good duck tape over the interior bits should make it waterproof enough as well. Painting with "liquid electrical tape" leaves behind a layer of vinyl and might be even better. It's often very cheap at a hardware store, just a couple bucks for a can that will last forever in the US. Too bad you're not near my place we'd get you squared away -- maybe just 3d print a new hinge piece and go. This breakage from when that delivery truck backed into Eva?
laying plastic garbage bags under your sleeping bags, while lying on the ground, will insulate a lot better then just an air mattress, under your sleeping bag.
@@ontheroadadventure might sound silly, but large Leaf bags, slip them over your sleeping bags, to keep the warmth in. ( I put plastic bags, over my under clothes, before putting on a rainsuit
Thanks ray, People seem to be really enjoying the foodie videos, we have so much kit we havent had chance to show you before going on this tour, so we are excited to show you all what we have from this company Firemaple
Pharmacy prices in Spain are interesting. I paid 15 € for “organic” back pain pills. And 5 € for one pair of ear plugs. Maybe they just don’t get sick a lot so supply and demand are low 😂
I’m enjoying watching your camping exploits and occasionally I’m tempted to think I might want to try….and then reality sets in! Number one, I’m way too old. Number two I like the idea of sleeping in a tent, but I need somebody else to erect it and dismantle it! Number three is I’d probably have to consider a divorce! 😂 So hotels it is, all planned way ahead, with the only concession to free spirit being that I always opt for free cancellation!
Sorry, we get a bit carried away with the food some days... But others we get carried away and do 12 hours riding so it balances out! Hope you enjoyed it, back on the road in the next episode..

So true about the olive oil. Our friends live out there and took us to a pressing factory.. all tasted the same to me as well
I guess us bikers are just refined enough to appreciate it?!
Thanks il have a look at other people doing it and try and have a go at it. Ive nothing to lose...
You two have this moto camping nailed, the breakfast, and then the casserole, my mouth was seriously watering! 😛 great fix on the pannier Rich, you looked wired! 😁
We knew it wouldnt take us long to master the food lol We do love Grub... The Bodge job will have to do, i dont know if theres a better way to fix it? shame to throw them away at £1200 a go
That stew looked amazing I hope it tasted as good as it looked. Hang on to Eva and don't let her go any time soon. Keep the spirits up Rich.
thanks mike, il see what i can do about that...
So much fun even when your not riding you are still very entertaining. Smacking breakfast, synchronised swimming, adventure shopping and superb cooking , 14 degrees 🧊😂😂 great fun
Not bad for a day of doing almost nothing! Adventure is what you make it. We both love the whole moto camp cooking its become a big part of the whole thing now
Make me feel like I want some stew now! Great video
Who doesnt love a good stew!
Rich...if you need to return home I'm quite happy to take your place....as long as Ewa promises *not* to cook....
Theres more chance of you being the real bob the builder than me quiting now lol. Onwards!
@@ontheroadadventure 🤣
always fun to watch, even if you both look like you've been to an all night party :-) . Have you considered airbnb for the odd night, easy and cheap, not had a bad one yet, especially if you choose a "super host". Ewa - fry the onions first ffs!
No we are on a challenge for a months moto camping, things have to be bad before we will give in...
Well done guys your moto camp cooking skills are epic
We are getting plenty of practice now
stew looked great, i usually use boil in the food am cheap! lol, great video guys
We do like good grub, its allot of time and hassle though, but when camping we do have time....
brill stuff
Thanks bud, Fixed is Fixed
Nothing like a large dollop 😂in joyingthe video 📹 👌
DOlloop!! Love it
Dinner looked nice could have served it up on a bed of rice. hope you feel better soon.
Lol did you see how much ewa made? I couldnt of eaten another mouthful
Great video again, I really enjoyed it 👌
Thanks so much, theres a reason neither of us are slim! we do just love food and motorcycles.
It makes a cracking fire pit after your done cooking firemaplegear.com/collections/best-selling-products?ref=KWrrl6oqfRhFW7
brilliant video again as usual guys.
a hot water bottle in your sleeping bag will keep the cold away for a few hours at least.
We will get one for this winter in the uk 👍
Had a bike accident today myself 😢. Bloody taxi driver pulled out without looking, smashed in my front end. I'm ok. But it's not about me. I love my bike. 😢. Love the videos guys. Looks beautiful out there.
Oh mate, We are gutted for you. Glad your ok though, i know people say it doesnt matter about the bike but we all know it does matter to us...
@@ontheroadadventure thanks. Yeah, the first thing you do is look at the bike. It'll be ok. That's what his insurance is for lol.
Is it repairable or a write off do you think?
@@ontheroadadventure it's possible. Forks pulled in, yoke is cracked, a lot of fairing damage. Garage will pick her up today. Then it's just a waiting game.
Sounds like you should start looking for your next bike, they write them off for anything these days
oh, heck yeah, Anchovies !!!!!!
Ewa will try anything!
@@ontheroadadventure you Got to try Escargot, in a lemon, Butter & caper sauce.
Thats a nope from me!
For the Strepsils👍🏻
You are very generous. We thank you
You should have bought the sleeping bags that you can zip together then you'd both be lovely and snuggley, and octopus is yummy, keep them coming guys 👍
Rich just couldnt get on with the sleeping bags being so restrictive. Ewa has the Nemo Disco 15 bag and Rich has the themarest Chorus quilt
Looks like dogo will be riding pillion back to the uk 🇬🇧
I’ve done worse we had to put 2 light bulbs under the seat of a Harley Davidson sportster to stop the engine warming light coming on after the original brake light bulb failed and it was replaced with a new one.
Ewa will be having her own cooking show
We loved Bow the doggo! so sweet. Ah thats unusual for a harley to have a problem isnt it......
@@ontheroadadventure yes they are totally reliable unless there’s a y in the day
13:27 Oxford DX 70 bag mate ,your sponsored by them so you'll probably get it free.or the motea 70 litre bag ,take a look .
We have the 70 Litre bag across the seats for the tent etc works a treat but not enough for all this kit we have on this trip
@@ontheroadadventure get two of them then 😊
We do lol one each! Only problem i have is no panniers on mine as they couldnt be fitted in time for the tour but i wont be fitting these honda boxes after this
Amazing! Love that stew or is it a casserole ?
Stew, no dumplings!
Thanks
Thank you so much for your support! We are blown away by peoples response to us on youtube...
@@ontheroadadventure you guys are honest, down to earth people. You say it as it is, if it's shit you say it's shit. If it's good you say it's good. By the way, I'm with you on the whole fish thing. Cod from the chippy and if I'm feeling adventurous I'll have an haddock.
Yes we knew our honesty may not always go down so well, but we agreed we would show the good bad and ugly of motorcycle travels, its reality not expectation here
Great Video. From the looks of it, you’re getting along just fine with the Trangia cooking setup ?
Safe Ride 😋
Yes, BUT.... have a look at the Firemaple Stuff, we already have some of their kit and find it excellent and these guys have a copy of the Trangia at less than half the cost firemaplegear.com/collections/best-selling-products?ref=KWrrl6oqfRhFW7
Yeah rich, don't get Ill!! How selfish of you!😂😂
Hope you feel better today!😊
Too late for me… 😞
give him a big plate of fish lol😀
Fish are friends not food! 🤣
Eva is great cook, she puts Gordon Ramsay in the shade. Every biker should have an Eva as a companion😉
Whilst i do agree, you cant have this one! This ewas mine lol
That sounds epic! do you make videos for us to see?
You needed balsamic vinegar with that bread and oil 😋
That would have gone down very nicely with a bit of cheddar cheese too
Surprised that outside edge of that hinge broke off.
That’s a good idea to put a different hinge on the box, can’t see why that wouldn’t work 🤷♂️
@@ontheroadadventure If you have someone drill through and secure on the inside with nylock washers on the screws, a piece of good duck tape over the interior bits should make it waterproof enough as well.
Yeah it was the spainish van driver knackered her cases
Can’t beat a beef stew on a cold night.
You’re not wrong! Amazing camping meal but it doesn’t half eat the gas!
@@ontheroadadventure pre cooked tinned potatoes and other foods is the way to go to save on gas. Buy as you go.
Good idea 👍
laying plastic garbage bags under your sleeping bags, while lying on the ground, will insulate a lot better then just an air mattress, under your sleeping bag.
Old school trick there, we bought the best R rated matts from thermarest which do the job well but are bulky to carry
@@ontheroadadventure might sound silly, but large Leaf bags, slip them over your sleeping bags, to keep the warmth in. ( I put plastic bags, over my under clothes, before putting on a rainsuit
If it works, its never stupid
Another top video guys , how about On the road cooking school with Ewa
Thanks ray, People seem to be really enjoying the foodie videos, we have so much kit we havent had chance to show you before going on this tour, so we are excited to show you all what we have from this company Firemaple
@@ontheroadadventure I remember your firemaple video before , looking forward to more
If it can't be fixed with zip ties and gaffa tape then it can't be fixed! 😁
Yes! although on this occasion the cable ties were too big to go through the gap so we had to find wire
Love a stew
The simple one pot dinners are the way to go moto camping
World’s best olive oil……Crete
Sounds like a excuse for us to go...
Why didn’t you take pannier off and turn it upside down to repair it??
Was just about to say the same thing, would have made it a lot easier 😊😊
Wow thats funny! So obvious now you say it lol
We must of been so focused on that problem we missed the obvious lol
Funny watching though 😊😊
We live and learn..
Pharmacy prices in Spain are interesting. I paid 15 € for “organic” back pain pills. And 5 € for one pair of ear plugs. Maybe they just don’t get sick a lot so supply and demand are low 😂
They can’t afford to be sick in Spain!
Ewww those raw embryo eggs 🤮🤢 Yuk! The rest of the breakfast 👌
Oooh i love a runny egg!
As long as you get to go and ride its all good bud, we all have our way of doing things
Eva nose her food that is for sure
oh yes!
You spend more time eating than riding 😂😂😂😂
Why don’t you have a separate foodie blog…..just saying
Sorry, we get a bit carried away with the food some days... But others we get carried away and do 12 hours riding so it balances out! Hope you enjoyed it, back on the road in the next episode..
