Oven Rotisserie Chicken in the oven. Comes out perfect every single time I make it . While it cooks it gives me time to do other task in the kitchen or wherever. Just add your favorite seasoning!
Cook for 300
Mine cooked for 2 hours and 15 minutes .
Put water underneath the rack to keep it moist throughout the cooking process .
Ingredients:
*Whole chicken
*Avocado oil or high heat oil of your choice
*seasoning of your choice
