So this is the JBL Bar 700, its basically a supped up version of the JBL Bar 500 which also comes included with an external subwoofer… but what makes the 700 very interesting is that it has detachable and rechargeable satellite speakers. You forgot to mention the pure voice feature. Which IMO really brings it to life when watching movies or music. I have the 700 & 1300x. For those that have a JBL sound bar, hold the mute button for 5seconds or more then hit the bass level on your remote to turn on or off. Take care & thanks for the review.

Good review but you need to start showing movies when auditioning the sound instead of just music. This way viewers can get some scale of dialogue clarity and surround effects.

Excellent video. After viewing this I ordered the JBL Bar 7 (true wireless satellites being the big selling point) and I also ordered a Sony X90L before I watched the sound test on the video. Glad to see there are no compatibility issues. How did you connect for the test? I didn’t notice any wire from the JBL.
