Being a DEI hire is not a thing. Diversity Equity and Inclusion HR programs look to cast a broader net to ensure exposure to a more diverse view points, but no one is hired just because they are of a different race, nationality, etc to the exclusion of skill and competency. That's more like nepotism. Like giving your kids jobs at the company you own.

Middle-aged white dude here. Took a DEI course through my work. The basic message was treat others as you’d want to be treated. I can understand why all these fake Christofacists would have trouble with DEI.
He uses a business tactic where he answers questions with questions. This tactic always takes the pressure off of him and puts it back on the person asking the original question.

The entire weight shifts if you allow Trump to answer a question with a question. It is a chess move to get you on the spot, accountable for your words, not his, and it allows him to then get you riled up enough for him to unload on you.
