Made it. The mustard is a nice touch. Also learned that if your cheese won’t melt together and is clumpy a few table spoons of corn starch and two tablespoons of water mixed will make the magic happen.

In past years I have made my Mac with mustard powder OR with franks for two different variations, but I never thought to mix them together until your recipe last thanksgiving!
