A less stressful way to accomplish this is to keep Mal'Ganis engaged with 2-3 of your units at the fountain of life, after killing his menagerie. That way you don't have to worry about him reaching the number of 100 villagers turned before you're done with the undead base - he'll only return to attacking houses if he manages to kill your units, that makes your time basically unlimited.
I recommend 3 riflemen with 3/3 armor researched (siege damage is reduced on light armor, so it takes longer for Mal to take them to low HP -> you don't need to check on them and micro them too often).

Awesome man, you are doing a lot of stuff I always wanted to do! I was wondering if you could try to eliminate the undead bases during the hold out mission. I could only clean up the smaller one before the time runs out.. Good luck!

I wonder if it's possible to end this mission with Mal'ganis having 0 kills.

I dont think so.After the cutscene where he shows up he kills 4 zombies

I'm not sure. Mal'Ganis does produce 4 zombies but he doesn't claim them during the cutscene.

Well Malganis only kills villagers after they have turned so if you stalk him with arthas and kill the villagers before they turn it should be doable.

So destroying the undead base just prevents their assault on your base? I thought the green altar always revives MalGanis, but troops come from the base.

He just teleports around the town when you don't see him, and his minions spawn around him.

I was close to destroying them both i mostly destroyed purple's base no more aqylites or how you now spell it and no more attacks from him had i had more time i'd destroyed green's base aswell.
