Yeah - the radiation from the nuclear weapons you lost up there perhaps had some effects on the locals besides moving people by force to the place they live now. Would have been nice if people could have been given new homes. Winters are kind of cild up there.
I've watched this sketch so many times and only now do I realize that there is no time difference between Moscow and Moldova. So 2 AM in Moldova should have also been 2 AM for this contest.
